we called the non emergency police and an officer was over within the hour and they got a detective on the job. unfortunately, they were unable to do anything about it because he has not said anything threatening to me. i told him i called the police and he didn't seem to care. for the most part, though, he has stopped.
just DO NOT respond to his messages and calls. it gets creepier and more disgusting as he goes on.
