Yes I to had a call from a man telling me that I was going to get arrested for not paying the process fee of a payday loan for cashcall ..like I told them there was nothing deposited in my savings and besides I got rejected cause I don't have a checking and my employment history was to little ..so he put through the attorney and yes her name is Rose Gilbert ..she told me if I had read the terms and conditions I told her I don't care if I did or not I was denied and I told her why and there is nothing deposited in my account ..she well you need to pay 245.00 in a hour that is the only way I can help you stop all the legal action against you..she the said for me to go to a walmrt or cvs and call her from there and she would tell me what to do next...I didn't do it and she just called and I told her that I needed her fill name and her tight number cause I hsd gotten a hold of my friends at the sheriff department and they want to talk to her..she said fo ahead let them call me and finally she but you be ready to get arrested ..

Got several phone calls from different tell numbers. Last was 310 961 5814, low office of Jennifer Young in California, pretending that they have to collect a pay day loan that was( never) deposited in my account.
They don't give out any info about them and are very rude, -strong accent-
I talk to the police; I hope they will be caught

I received a call, first a guy, telling me I committed a fraud to a payday loan and I have to send them $500.00 right away, because I can get arrested if I don't and they will tell my employer and issue a warrant of my arrest. I was scared so I had paid them a total of about $946.00 because I was scared, even though I know I didn't get approve for a payday loan. I am so hurt, my husband's been laid off and I'm the only one working right now. This is so wrong, This has to stop!;( And the other person's name is a lady named, Rose Gilbert. She has a different Asian accent or a very strong different accent.

I have the same problem, I received a phone call today Oct. 8. saying on Monday Oct. 10. I'm going to be arrest for fraud, money laundry....

The same dam thing happened to me, he gave me the same dollar amounts and line of bull. I told him when he sends me legal documents that I owe this money I would be happy to pay and he said I will send you all the paper work you need after you pay in full. What a crock of crap. When I informed him he was a fraud he laugh and said he would see me in court I said see you then and hung up. They have called me from several numbers so beware. 909-237-4806,818-851-7879,630-332-0774,630-332-0770 and 630-429-9277 always using a different name but always sounds like the same guy and once it was even a women using Margaret Jones. They should really go and screw with there own kind and leave us alone.

Serching for a Brandon Watson, He portrayed himself as a CASH Advance Employee, and contacted Mario Orellano and Stated " if Mario did not get him $900.00 The police would arrest him and now here we are come to find out that this was all fraud, is there anyone out there that can help us, this is a young man trying to do right and come to find out that they just ripped him off

THEY TOLD ME THE COMPANY HAD EMAILED ME MANY TIMES IN THE PAST YEAR - FUNNY THING IS I HAVE ONLY HAD CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR A FEW MONTHS. I CHECKED ALL SPAM AND WENT OVER ALL LEGIT MAILS AND NEVER FOUND ONE EMAIL FROM ANYBODY CONCERNING A PAST DUE LOAN.  THEIR PHONE NUMBER HAS A LOT OF HITS ON GOOGLE LIKE THE NAME OF THE LAW FIRM. SCAM!!!

do not give them any money I made that mistake and sent them 200 for a loan I nevcer received. They told me the same thing and I have not even heard of them. I just made a report to the police, western union is also filing a report with law enforcement and the attorney General office.

recieved phone calls stating they're  going to have me arrested by judicial police yelling at me about owing a loan from some online loan i recieved from a company called quick cash that not only did i not recieve a loan but have never even heard of them. the number  they called me from is 630-332-0774. waiting on pd now but what should i do?

I hope you didn't send them any money. they wanted me to Western Union money to a Reynaldo Rezgonia in Bradenton Florida. They had no idea how much money I got nor when I got the loan, BUT they wanted me to wire $987.92. They refused to give me any paperwork proving that I got the loan. I reported them to the Police, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and the FBI. I also gave the information to my lawyer. They wanted me to call them with the confirmation number after I wired the money and then fax the receipt over to the guy in Florida. The guy that called me was Chris Carter from 630-332-0774. He is a foreigner and didn't like it when I informed him that I reported him. He got very rude and said I would be arrested this morning and held until this Friday. Obviously, I wasn't. One of the charges was supposedly Federal Check Fraud. I would like to know how they can charge me with that since I never wrote them a check.

I received the same message, stating if I don't pay the money they will have me arrested for fraud. The person from this number that called me is Rosa Gilbert and she had me to send money western union to a Rebecca Perez in Bendenton Florida . I am going to see my lawyer tomorrow about this. They told me I have 3 counts of fraud against me and will come to my job and arrest me. I ask for paper work and they told me I will get the paper in 5 business days. They did not know when I got the money but it was maybe 2 years ago or just 5 months ago.

Called saying I owed 972.51 and they were going to cut me a deal if I paid it today and not have me arrested at my place of work.  That was only after I faxed a letter to the boss asking for forgivness on an unpaid loan.  I called the only people I have ever held a line of credit with and they affirmed that I was in good standing.  I called them back and asked for all of the paper work to be sent to me to verify the debt because the debt was not mind.  He told me he forwardd the info to his atorney ( I thought they were the attorneys ? ) and that legal actions were going to be taken.  They did have my place of works Name and my sisters name which I have used on references in the past.  Its very startling at first but the more I think about it the more pissed off I get.

The message was on my caller ID>It's was for my husband. The personne who call is a men, with a strange accent, name Harry or Harris Anderson, and he said is an attorney. My husband suppose to coll or he will be in trouble.

This person by the name of Adam called me and said that I received a payday loan. These people have tried to contact me through emails, saying that they have left numerous messages. That they have tried to contact me to pay a loan back that I never received. They stated that they were going to come to my job and arrest me for fraud. They called me twice from two different numbers.

It's just errible that there are people like that out there that are trying to scare people out of their money.. they really had me worked up. I haven't sept in 3 days or eaten I have been so upset. They call my wife's phone asking for me. They call my work and my people at work called them out. same exact voice with different name. But when they call my wife's phone it is a different number almost every time. They said the same bs that they said to everyone else. I call my local police they dont have any warrents againist me. Just ignore them. They cant do anything. They have been calling me for months now and i am yet to be arrested.

I've been seeing their number on my cell.. I called them back, and i couldn't get a straight answer...I won't even repeat all the "F" words that I used..Hopefully they won't call back.. And please beware of other area codes that are not familiar.. I realized that these mother F***** have the same accents,are using similar names and area codes.... oh watch out for blocked numbers also

This company just called my daughter's cell phone telling her that she had receive a loan from them in the amout of $870 and she had to pay them back $5000.00 or go to jail for 30 days. Telling her that there was an warrant out for her arrest and she was going to be arrested at her job. This scam had my child upset and crying, because actually believed them until I googled the phone number that popped up on her cell phone. When she asked what was the name of the loan company and bank that it was deposited into they hung up on her and their line is now continue to ring busy. Someone really needs to do something about these people trying to scam other people. I want to call them back and curse their non-speaking english a** out. I'm waiting on them to call back, so that I can give them a piece of my mind.

I got the same thing from these people. they could not provide me with the exat date or amount of the loan. they said i got it from aplace called "Cash World" and I cannot find them o the Internet. I told them I reported them to the attorney general, the police and the FBI. They said they were going to have me arrested and help for 5 days and if I was found guilty, my fines would be in excess of $8000. I was wondering, has anyone had anyone show up to arrest them? I have a heart condition and I can't take much more of this.

I've been receiving the same calls on my cell phone that I have ignored numerous times over the past few weeks.  Then a few minutes ago I received the same call but this time at my workplace.  The man Chris Carter stated that I would be arrested on Tuesday by the Sheriff and held until Friday with an $8,000 bail for fraud and theft.  He said if I would agree to pay him $886.16 today he would speak with his supervisor to drop all charges.  This is ridiculous.  He said I supposedly had a payday loan sometime around May of of year that I did not pay back which is complete nonsense.  I have never had a payday loan from US Cash and I'm tired of the phone calls.  I wish I knew how to make these calls stop.  I"m listed on the Do not call list and yet it's still happening & now it's starting at my job.  It's so frustrating.

they are sacamming me on real debts that i owe but not to them

I have received several calls from this firm.Threatened to supeona me tomorrow. Has all of of my personal information. I am being sued for adebt that I owe Wanted me to talk to officer ? concerningthis matter. I informed him that I was ill and didnot need to be harassed, he continued. How have they gotten my personal data. They did this in November/2010 they have been reported to the BBB organizatio , Federal Trade Commission and Tn Trade Commission and The Credit Bureau, Equifax & etc.

I keep receiving phone calls from them too! They're calling me from this number and numbers out of Washington, Hondurus, and the Bahamas! They keep giving different names but it sounds like the same man with an Indian accent. He left a voicemail because I refuse to answer this and he said that my husband needs to contact them immediately after receiving his message and that if he doesn't return the call "the only thing I can do is wish you Good luck!" It's starting to get annoying.... I don't enjoy being harrassed and threatened in voicemails. Is there anything we can do to figure out who is behind all this and get it stopped? And does anyone know how they got our information (phone number and name) to start with?

Lsst time they called, I filed a report with my local FBI office. They also were calling from a California phone number, which has now switched to Illionios.  I think they are using a service like Vonage where you can have any phone number in any area code.  They are calling my husband's work now, leaving messages with his supervisor.  Contact your local AG office, as well as the FBI. They may not be able to do much about it, but at least they'll have the information in case they actually do scam money from someone.  This is a classic example of a phishing scheme, instead of using email, they're doing it by phone.  What I can't understand is how they get people's SSN and bank account info.  That's the scariest part to me.

Very similar with everyone on here...Since i never get solicitations on my cell number, as soon as she started to talk i decided to probe for information.  she read my charges "criminal this, criminal that, federal court...." well that only means I can refer to it by a case number since it's a "lawsuit"..that seemed to push her button (ms paralegal Rose gilbert, "i have been doing law for many years") cause evidently she couldn't give me any of that information but her rude and crass response of, "you will be arrested by officers outside of your place of work, which she named (creepy)"...blah blah...

DO NOT VERIFY ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER...it's very basic (lst 4 digits of ur SS, name and place of work; things we on regular basis provide to anything online)  what they're wanting to do is get further information from you that they will use. i.e: ur complete SS#, etc...
