Thank You! She is getting better my little princess! You are so right the state limit is 7 years on any dept's. Just tell them mail me the paper work of the dept you claim I owe so my lawyer can look them over. You will never see any paper work in the mail. I'm still waiting for my paper work it's been 30 days and counting. Well Wish to and your Family!

Same here call all hours of the day about some old fake depts. from 20+years ago. The State limit is 7 years on dept's these people are scammers just trying to con people or scare them out of your money there is nothing they can do to you. Since the dept they claim I have and most of the information they have is wrong, I told them to mail me the paper work so my lawyer could look them over. I'm still waiting for their fake paper work to come it's been 65 days and waiting. The thing they don't know is mine was from a full bankruptcy and I still have all the court papers to prove I'm free and clear.

Kudos to you. Tough talk when they can hide behind a phone and say whatever their one functioning brain cell allows. You have to wonder exactly what qualifications these sleaze balls must have to work for bottom feeders.......

Glad to hear you hung up on her! She did the same thing wanting to talk about a 20yr old dept. I told her that I didn't have time to talk about a 20yr old dept! Told her I was tending to my 5yr old daughter who is in the hospital battling cancer since I was sitting by her bedside at the time she called me. Which I was told in return  by this person that she didn't matter that my 20yr old dept was more important! So I calmly asked for an address and told her WE would come see her in person, so she could repeat to me in my face what was more important!

This number has called all hours of day, insists to speak with woman whom I do not know, finally stopped answering it. Law Firm I think, woman is rude and aggressive..Sara someone!!!

Called about a long closed Citibank account; when told I was not in any mood to talk to her, was busy caring for my dying husband (true) her response was "this has nothing to do with your husband" and demanded to talk; I hung up on her.

Today I got a call from this number she was very rude and was telling me my info birthday ss number I asked was was this for she wouldn't tell me. I block this number on my acct . Couldn't hear the name but I think that's what I heard

Called, refused to ID themselves; said they had "something very important to discuss" with me.  I refused to talk to them.
Suspected it was about a long ago dismissed debt; beyond my state's statue of limitations.

They called me , stated their going sue me.

Just got a call from this number. They asked for my daughter, by name i told them that this what not her number. They then asked if i knew her. I said no and the lady said we have this number down as her cell phone, i wonder why. I told her i did not know but this is not her number. I don't think they will call anymore.  I didn't ask for any info from them and they didn't ask any from me.

I received a call from them on my cell but I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, a few hours later they called my boyfriends cell and then my brother's cell and left messages using my name.

they left a message on my phone that said if not me, then call back to have number removed. But if I was the person then listen to the message and call back, I was important that I call reqarding a account.  That it is a law office and is imperative that I call.

First they should not have mentioned my name in the message, and second he was very rude in the message.

I didn't call them back.

I just received a call and another earlier one today,too. I received another call last Thursday 8/8/13.
Says if you are not the caller they are looking for to please call back. Of course, I did not call back.

Been getting same harrassing calls for a debt that is not mine.  Refuse to call back, but they keep calling.  I just keep declining the call.

Please everyone post on this site, the federal trade commission regarding this law group, which im trying to find. It seems to me, they are just a collection agency that are trying to collect a 3rd,4th, or 5th party creditors debt. Please contact the federal trade commission @ 1-877-FTC-HELP. They are trying to collect debts over 7-8 years old if there are even any.

I too had same problem today!!  I spoke to too managers that yelled at me and attacked me for owning a home and a car!!  It was verbal abuse bad!  They had all my information, I was going to make a payment arrangement but requested them to fax me something on letterhead so I could see who and what company. That is when I was transfered to the managers and they began yelling at me.

Got a call for my son who hasn't lived here for quite a while.  My son hasn't used my phone # for that length of time either.  The callers name was Amy Olivo.

I continue to receive calls to my cell phone, from this number.  My advise:  do NOT answer or attempt to call them back, they are fraudulent debt collection criminals, and want to find a working cell phone number.  DELETE these criminals!  Marko

Carlos rodriques called me this morninig about a $7000 debt with MC back in 2007-2009. My credit report has all zeros. I have been debt free for over 5 yrs. i do believe this is sold information trying to "re-collect" on a past debt.  He had my info correct, but i DID NOT give him any info he didnt already have.

After five years of peace from horrible 800 debt calls, this pops up? Hell no i wont pay!!!

Don't make the mistake of returning a call! Tried to return the call to the individual that left a message and instead spoke to a gentleman who began screaming at me after telling me repeatedly that the phone call was being recorded.

I have been getting calls to my cell phone from this number.  It's best not to answer, or speak with them.  These are usually robo-calls, looking for a working cell number.  If you answer, they can do a reverse-search, find out who you are & where you live, then they proceed with a fraudulent debt-collection claim.  Believe me, it's best to decline any strange source number, they usually have strange area codes, and are usually crooks.  And, although the number looks like a USA number, many of these originate from foreign countries!  I found this out the hard way.

Received a call at work from Firsel Law Group regarding some credit card I have never heard of.    My ex stole my ID 4 years ago.  If they bothered to check my credit report they would see the fraud warning.  In any event, I told them to contact me by mail and that they could not call me at work.  The lady was fairly polite.

Recieved a call from this number today.  A recording asking me to hold for an important business
call.  I held for about 10 seconds then hung up.  I don't have time to sit on hold.

Sarah called asking form Emily someone or other. I asked who was calling - she gave her name and I had to prompt her for her company and THEN had to prompt her to ID herself as debt collector. Already an actionable offense. They are required to start the way. After putting her through the hoops I said no Emily worked here.
"Has she ever worked here? " no..Are you sure..yes.  Then why did you ask who is calling? - I didn't answer that but said I am now informing you to remove our number from your database. She started to get snippy but I hung up on her. Went their website and filed a complaint with them. http://www.firsellaw.com

called asked me my social security number hung up right away! they don't speak clear and their stupid too!

A fellow named Ben thomas called my place of employment. Who is this person?

not answering but have received calls from this number repeatedly every morning around 9:30 AM.  I know what debts I have and what I don't, have none in arrears.  This is harassment.
