PLEASE READ THIS! I am the owner of a small business in Illinois and my PBX phone system was hacked into last week. The number that you are filing a complaint about is my direct office number.
Apparently, the hackers use some kind of software to send text messages asking them to reply to our office phone numbers. They are then able to capture some of those calls in an attempt to retrieve peoples financial information. Many of the calls are NOT captured and ring to my direct line. Please know that I have been doing my best to answer and warn folks that this is a scam but I am getting hundreds and hundreds of phone calls and so are some of my employees.
My phone service provider, CBeyond has advised me that there is nothing that they can do. I have filed a police report and am happy to provide the report number to anyone who needs it as verification that I and my company are not responsible for the text messages.

I just received a text messge from mmp@vtext.com. saying my atm has been temporarily suspended. i tried to call the number back 6304056542 but it went straight to voice mail.

Same here. They've been texting this for days saying it's Wells Fargo -- we don't have an account with Wells Fargo. but they put it as w-e.l.l.s.net...
