Someone with a heavy foreign accent with the call breaking up who was asking for someone, sounded like Ob-oull Da-ba-ba-wa or something like that. I had to say hello 3 times to get them to speak, and then they kept asking for that person, then told me their name, and then asked me to pay for their call. That's when I hung up. I am 99% sure it's a scam. Blocked the number.

well here we go again with $pamstuff. This was on 6/23/14 @ 1:05 PM CT on a Landline. Have NO clue as we know nobody from here.

Called twice and hung up after 1.5 rings.

It is a sales call from someone that states they want to save you money on your nicor gas bill. I told her that she sounds like she is from out of the country and she hung up.

Tried to call this number back it seems like a scam

Call received on 6/18/14.  Caller ID: Illinois Caller,   The call was intercepted by my Sentry Call Blocker, and subsequently
blocked.    

Annoying dinner time call! Hung up when I finally answered.

The man said he was calling about my Nicor bill, and when I asked him the address for the bill (since I don't have any Nicor bills in my name) he gave me the address of my childhood home, that neither I, nor my parents have lived at for years.

They've called twice but don't speak.

This number called me and the woman claimed she was call about my Nicor account.  The thing is that they were calling my cell phone number which is not associated with my Nicor account.  When I asked how she got my number she said it was in the system and avoided my questions about how she got my number.

Two calls from this number in the last 30 minutes. They did not leave a message either time.  Must be a sales call or other spammer.
