Unwanted solicitation - rude

Called wireline. Did not leave a message. Apparently the ever helpful MERCHANT SERVICES  ( a repeated obnoxious scam caller) offering the best rates for charge card services. I wonder if anybody ever gets answers to the following questions: what is the cost of purchase/rental of each swipe terminal, computer software, dedicate line charges (typically adsl or commercial rates on cable), what is the per ticket fee, the percentage fee per ticket, the monthly subscription/service fee, the disaffiliation fee (cancellation of service/contract fee) the name of the  merchant bank associated with Merchant Services, the time between posting and deposit in business bank account, any/all other monthly charges, the "backbone" provider.  You want a merchant services card cad account? Start by calling your local bank, and consult with other merchants you know to find out who they affilaiate with, and what their charges and fees are. You will do MUCH better.

Just for the record I got the same thing today.  Load room with a guy asking for the owner.  I knew it was BS so I told him he wasn't in.  He then asked if I'm one of the owners. I told him I'm a manager - he then hung up.  I guess people that need a job bad enough will take any slime job.

Sounds like they're in a bar.  Hung up before I could finish my sentence.

Got a call from this number this afternoon and they were to stupid to even know that my voicemail picked up. It apears the "Trevor" did a good job today though. They were all cheering him about something. Called back, and same thing, this munber is disconnected or no longer in service. If you search the number and map the location it's a trailer park in Illinois. Seems about right. To dumb to use a phone,

very rude and disrespectful. called back to un-list our number and somehow the number they are calling from isn't in service. creeps.

Got a call from 630-625-7010 and as soon as I answered the party hung up.

Just got a call from a lady from this number. Sounded like she had a bunch of kids in the background. Asked for our boss by his first name. When I told her he wasn't in today she just said she was very upset and need to talk to him urgently. They're trying everything now.

For all of you with smart phones, there is a great app (free) for your phone called CallBlocker. I suggest you get it and start adding these calls that you do not want to take to the BlackList. You can set it to go to voicemail or you can just set it to ignore according to the caller. You'll never know when the call comes in, but you'll see a little icon on your phone letting you know that calls have been blocked and you can view them to see who it was. Greatest thing for me since buttered toast. Good luck.

If you call the number they use all you get is a voicemail from a bogus name. Look, this is Ameribanc, they are all rude and waste my time every day.   (888) 548-4255   this is their phone number, I called and voiced my opinion - please do the same.  When you go through the choices to get an extension, I chose sales   #3.

Boiler room call center with robot zombies cold calling for spam crap. Put them on perma-hold.

Extremely rude person called, could here kids in the background. The lady argued with us about switching credit card services. When we called back to register a complaint the number was magically disconnected.

Super loud in the background. Sounded like a daycare in the background. Asked for owner. Said it was regarding Merchant Services.  The woman on the phone sounded like she was one Sorority Party away from being full blown retarded.

Got a call from this # from "Casey" with Ameribank asking for our CEO by his first name only, as if she were friends with him.  Once I figured out who she was asking for, I asked her to hold.  About 3 seconds later, she hung up.  Apparently her call was not important.
