Caller-id shows Naperville, IL. Keep calling and not leaving a message.

Stop calling.

I just got one...like those above, this sucks.  They keep calling and hanging up

The number belongs to Teller (sp?) Response Systems, the number is located out of Elmhurst, IL and claims to be working directly with Comcast to collect information, a satisfaction survey or special offers now available to you.

I phoned Comcast and asked why they would hire a company to call me and hang up? Why would they give my Comcast landline to Teller Response Systems, to again, call my home and hang up? The customer service representative initially thought it was in relation to the brief survey offered at the end of a call to their customer service department, but I had not recently called their offices and opted out when the opportunity arised with the call I was making then.  The customer service gentlemen I spoke with processed a "ticket" and said this will bring the phone calls to Comcast's attention.

So....has anybody answered from this phone no. yet? I would have imagined somebody took one for the team at this point. I'm considering answering next time...standby.

I really don't think your purpose is to try and stop this kind of thing, probably just to collect info of some sort, but it is time someone started to stop these harrassing a***oles and whatever they are trying to do!!!!!

The same thing keeps happening to me!  They called 4 times within 1 hour!  3:25, 3:30, 4:00, AND 4:45.  VERY ANNOYING!!!
