Was looking at linkedin network connections for NCO Group, Convergys, CAB Asset Management, United Recovery Systems finding Convergent Outsourcing Inc with a BBB report showing 12 locations and a nationwide network of call centers. http://www.bbb.org/western-washington/busines ... enton-wa-501066# their BBB report shows additional comments of predatory business practices. One thing about 3rd party predatory cowards is they like to hunt in packs!

Another group of predatory cowards calling family members that include the elderly and vulnerable. I recieved emails like this, and I just got 2 phone calls back to back from these numbers. They are all scammers! Who calles your house for someone else just because they used to live there... smh! Don not give any person info on the ohone or online.. And always ask for proof of documents that u would have had to sign!

Got a call, would not tell me who they were, looking for someone I don't know.

Got this call a few minutes ago...guy(sounding very chipper and upbeat, like for a date) asked for Kristie.  Told him wrong number..he says, still all upbeat " aw common, this IS Kristie, right?"  i say no, wrong number...he tells me the number he is calling area code and all, I say well it's the right number but there is no one here by that name.  Then he asked, more subdued, do you know Kristie.  I say, well yes, but more than 10 years ago, when my mother was still alive, my son went out with a girl by that name...but it's been more than 10 years.  Caller says OK, I BELIEVE you and hangs up...very strange not totally unpleasant but time-consuming...just hope it does not happen again

Quintana Love called and harassed me today telling me about a person's boyfriend and parents. So they attack a person's who family and life? Don't answer any number you don't already know. They are bullies.

I got a call from this number and did not answer. From what I've read below I'm glad I didn't.

When these idiots call you, tell them that you are recording them and they will hang up.

I just changed phone numbers 2 weeks ago and am getting all kinds of calls for someone name Guitteriez.  No such person here.

So when they called here I politely told them they are reaching a wrong party and I added, OH by the way am I being recorded?  They said YES.   I said well unlike you, I am informing you that you too are being recorded,  Atleast I am telling you freely.......I had to ask you if I was being recorded.  This is info you MUST tell everyone you call when they answer their phone

These types of people call multiple numbers and see who gets the most pissed off.  I have a very common name and get 8-12 calls/ month like this.  I have never had a late credit card in my life and I only own  a Visa and gas card.  I just have to push *60 and then #01# so that number is forever blocked.  Problem is I can only block 12 numbers at a time so after awhile I have to delete some and sometimes they call again but not usually.  I am planning to disconnect home phone for this exact reason.

Home phone services should do more to protect the innocent if they want our business.  I will be disconnecting home service within 2 months.

They called today-they asked for me (under my maiden name). I asked what it was regarding, and they hung up.  I tried calling back, they put me on hold. I just checked my credit report-I don't owe anything to anyone, and most of my accounts are in good standing.  I'll tell them that if they ever call back.

im very upset ,got a phone call at 9:05pm stating i owed 2800 to capital one, from a guy, then he put me on hold , put manager on phone yelling at me because i havent paid since jan sorry but when you owe a credit card 700 there is no way in hell interest and late fees make it 2800 in 10 months,then he insist do you vouluntary wanna pay back i will call you tomm at what time i kept telling him he was rude and he said i dont have time for this run around do you want to commit to this payment im beyond mad now can't wait for the phone call tomm from 1-603-812-2812 :) SCAMMERS !

They call after 8:00 and are breaking the law.

This people are frad ..  asking money which diff creditor ..

call but never leave a message, you can hear background office noise.

just add that # to a ringer you don't ever answer, works for me.

I keep getting calls for a former tenant.

I am getting calls from 6308122812 from 8am-9pm daily. I am a disabled senior citizen who asked the caller to stop. I have no business with the caller. This is disrespectful and frustrating. Please help me by passing this message/request to stop the unwanted calls to the proper person. Thank You!

Got a call from Stoneleigh and they were very rude, but I can be more rude and I was.
Jeff and Dominic take turns calling me on a daily basis, I in turn make their time very much wasted.
People get in debt, but give them a chance to get back on their feet, rather than attack them.
Stoneleigh thinks they can call and say whatever they like, wrong, not with me.
I told Jeff off and insulted him so much that his voice showed how upset he was, maybe he should look for another job.

The number 630-812-2812 is from a company in Illinois named Stoneleigh Recovery Associates. They are a debt collector.The man that called me is Mario. He seemed to be a pretty nice guy, but his coworkers are extremely rude. Be careful what info you give them. They will and do use it later. They call constantly until you answer. They call at the most inopportune times. If you have dept with them, please do yourself a favor and resolve the issue. They will circle you like vultures until you do.

I have the same problem. They been calling asking for the people that usto live in the house we bought, and i tell them they don't live here and they still keep calling. Sometimes i don't answer but they keep calling all day even at night. Their making me loose my patients.

Called my desk today, asked for an employee whose name sounded vaguley familiar.  I said I didnt know anyone by that name and he asked to speak to HR.  I was transferring him when I remembered.  He worked here about 5 years ago, told the fellow, but he still asked to talk to HR so I forwarded him.  They wont confirm or deny employement so he'll get no help there.  He was very rude, very obnoxious - pretty much SOP for bill collectors.

I received a call from 630-812-2812 asking for a person that does NOT live at my address.  "Derrick" asked if I knew that person...I replied that I did but they did NOT live here.  He asked if I knew where they lived...I replied no.  He then asked me to have the person contact this number if I see them...at that point I told him in no uncertain terms not to call my number again as he was harassing me.  He responded that he was not harassing me.  However, I did not solicit the call, advised him not to call my number again, and he continued to be very vocal with me.  I looked the number Derrick was calling from on the internet to find out he is with Stoneleigh Recovery Management, a debt collector located in Lombard, Illinois.  This company will be reported to every agency possible by myself!  They have no right to call a person about another person's debt!!!!

A man by the name of Jeff called me and had the wrong info. I did have a credit card with the company he was calling about. He was very rude! It ended up and a yelling match and I hung up.

Called, asked for me, but I asked who was calling, gave his name as "Dominic," provided no further information except that it was a "business related" call. Yeah. Don't know any Dominics, not interested.

Called at noon today.  Recorder picked up and they left no message.

They keep calling and asking for a former employee who worked here many years ago. They just leave phone number to call back Ashley Johnson. Very annoying!
