This company now has a tel. number of 6316699217.   It is Sunday and they have been calling since Friday, 2-3X a day.  An Indian person inquiring about selling my Timeshare.  He was told "I am NOT selling".  Today they have already called 4X.  I answered once and told them to remove my name and not call again...that was yesterday.  This is harrassment, pure and simple and I want it to stop.  Wishful thinking?

Got call from this number.  Caller had a foreign accent and was reading a script and claimed her name was a common American name but she could not pronounce it correctly.  She said she was taking a survey for Medicaid or Medicare but when I asked her which it was, she didn't know.  The sound of a busy call center was in the background, but she denied she was calling from a call center or from a foreign country.  I asked her if she had ever heard of the state I was in (Arkansas) and she said no.  I asked her if she knew which ocean it was on and she guessed it was on the Pacific Ocean.  I told her I didn't know anyone on any governmental program but she said that was OK because all she needed to know was my date of birth, name, and social security number.  I told her I didn't give out that information to strangers, and she said that's ok because she was just taking a survey, so it was OK to answer those questions.  I then told he that I would if she told me the real number she was calling from, her real name, the name of the company she worked for, and the name of her supervisor.  I could then hear her supervisor telling her to hang up.  She did.

they have called me three times with no response on line

They call day and night asking about time shares that we don't own.  If you tell them your on the do-not-call registry, they hang up before you can get the sentence out.

ive been harased for 5 days, 6 times a day about owning a time share i tell them to put me on the do not call list and they say ok i will but i get a call an hour later some times. i told one of the people that had a indian accent, that i don't have a time share and cant cux im under the age of 18 and he was telling me that i was drunk and i responded that im not drunk and i dont drink so he started yelling at me that im drunk so i yelled at him that if im drunk then he doesnt no f***ing s**t and he just yelled at me that im drunk and some other s**t i couldnt understand and he just hung up

Call comes from 631-229-9216 and caller ID reads VSNL Americas. I screen all calls from people/companies I don't know and they do not leave a message on my answering machine.

got a call from this number (showed up with a + sign though, i.e. an international call). complete silence. then i looked the country code up and it's Philippines (+631).

there was a man who callled my house with an indian accent. He asked if my parents were home because he needed to speak with them about our timeshare. i told him that that werent home, and then he asked me if i was home alone and who was there with me. After i yelled at him, he told me i had a beautiful voice. creepy.

These a**holes keep calling my cell phone day and night. They don't leave messages. Am on DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Have called them and said stop. To no avail.

i receoved several calls from this number and no one answers me back. i am on the no call list and dont want to be bothered.

We received a call from this number yesterday.

How do I get them to stop calling. Telling them to stop has not worked, hanging up on them has not worked. Wonder if there is any way to bring a class action suit against them?

They want me to sell my timeshare.  Have gotten three calls in the last three days.  We are on the do not call list also.  The do not call list means nothing to these people.  They continue to aggrivate us.

This one called us Saturday evening and Sunday morning.  I picked it up on Sunday morning, just out of curiousity.  Surprise, surprise - dead air.  Then I googled the number.  Ok - harrassing scammers we can do without.  It's now on our s*** list (Call Screen).  Goodbye, scammer! :)

I, just like the other folks who wrote in, received a call this morning about 9:15.  A guy speaking like he has some sort of authoritative rushed tone says hello may I speak to (he used my first name) trying to sound as if he knew me, but I KNOW I didn't know him.  I said she's not home right now and he hung up.  I looked up this number and found out that I'm not the only one irritated by this number.

For three months, I did all I could to try to stop them from calling evry day, several times per day but it never happenned until today.
All you have to do is the following: Call your phone service provider and block their phone numbers. I just did. Maybe I will be able to sleep tonight.

Calls all the time, being rude only keeps them on the line.

Today I receive call from  2 call from 1-631-229-9216  but one time the caller ID show: Name Unavailable and the other VSNL

Received calls from this number several times a day.  I never answer and they never left a message.  My policy is:  if it is important they will leave a message.  My number is on the Do Not Call List.  What good does it do?

Wow! Answered this since they have called numerous times in the last few days and the guy with a Indian accent was just incredibly rude when we told him not to call back. Repeated for over 5 minutes (we had it on speaker phone but muted on our end because we were laughing so hard!) "I will call you again, I will call you again, I will call you again, I will call you again, I will call you again, etc." Literally went on for over 5 minutes - he must have been really bored. Next time he gets my teenager!

They sell time shares. Don't answer the calls. You get stuck with the cell phone fees. Report them to the FTC and FCC.

They call me 5 times a day trying to get me to sell them my timeshare or let them resell my timeshare. They even called once while I was *IN* my timeshare!!!!!!! They are ruthless and will stop at nothing to get your money. This morning, I told the guy to stop calling and hung up. The creep called right back and started with, "But ma'am, don't you think the market is a good time to sell....." This time, I hung up and reported the violations to the Do Not Call Registry. Enough!

dead air no message

Today is the second call I've received from this number.  The first caller asked if I or anyone in the household had diabetes (no) and today the call was just dead air.  My phone number is unlisted, and I certainly hope there are no more calls, but from reading the above messages, I don't think I'll be that lucky.

Same thing here  got a call at 9:30 am no answer, call the number back and nothing.  They have been calling once a day.  Get annoying
