OMG!  "T" is a real tough guy on the internet so be afraid, be very afraid.  Notice the spelling - offence - while certainly a proper spelling, it's quite uncommon in the U.S. so I suspect he's either a transplant or posting on behalf of the scammers from out of the country.

It is now 2014 and they are still calling and using same number.
The red flag for me is that they do happen to call after a visit to medical facilities, this is info they are not supposed to have according to HIPPA laws.
Some one is giving out confidential medical info when people are going for medical exams/tests, etc.... If at all possible try and get them to reveal the source of their info, that is who we need to stop.

just got a call from them and did not answer..waited 5 mins and called the number back...rang and rang...then googled this number and got this site....thanks for the main number...called it and told them to stop calling I am on the do not call list well we are not selling anything it is survey...i don't want this call ever again...he asked for my number and i said yeah...so you can give it out to other companies to annoy me...no...gave him my number and told him YOU BETTER NOT CALL ME AGAIN....or you be hearing from my lawyer!

Well, there's your problem.  You ARE removed from their list...the "do not contact" list.  You want to be ADDED to the list.  Make sure you know the difference!  Never, never, NEVER say "remove me from your list!".  Say "ADD me to the list & send me a copy.  By law, they're required to do so.

They keep calling me  without leaving messages and when I call back they do not pick up. I want them to stop

Very frustrating to continue receiving calls from this number, they don't leave a message on machine and call late at night.  They don't leave message on machine, and they continue calling.

It says Marketing Inc. on my caller ID.  I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  I don't know how they can get away with these calls.  Obviously, no one wants to talk to them.  We all hate these calls!

This company has called every day for weeks without leaving a message. When I try to call it back, the message indicates that it is a marketing agency. When I finally answered for the first time (after over 15 calls, literally), I told them that this is a wrong number and he was very rude and hung up on me before I could request that they never call again.

Got a call yesterday at 12:45 pm (sunday) and today at 8:46 pm. Did not answer, they left no message.

They have called us twice so far during legal hours.  They never left a voicemail.  Info on caller ID says: "Marketing Inc."

I called the 277-7000 & the guy was very cordial.  First thing he asked was if I was in Wa. state so they must hit certain states on certain days?

I usually wouldn't even pick up such a call, but I hit the button by mistake. I put the phone down and just let them talk into empty air.

Woman asked for me by name. Said she was not trying to sell me anything and just wanted to get my opinion on doctors and hospitals in our area. Red flag. Why is anyone interested in my opinion on the medical profession? I assume that at some point in the survey there'll be a sales pitch for some service, device, etc. I cut her off.

Been calling me for two weeks everyday around 730 pm

they just called me, I didn't answer since I get so many annoyance calls, did a search on them, some health survey crap, doubtless connected to Barry's garbage obamacare debacle, so I gave them the silent ringtone treatment and dismissed them. They are now A__hole No. 62 on my phone and I will not hear their calls ring in.

Have received two calls from "Marketing, Inc" in the past two days - once at 9pm and once at 5:50pm. I accidentally picked up last night's call, but just let the phone sit while the Marketer on the other end said "hello? hello?"  I said quite plainly to the room, "I'm not talking to any Marketing Inc." And yet, they called back tonight. This time I just let it ring. I'm assuming it's still a research company. Annoying.

I honestly believe that "Do Not Call" should also cover surveys, political calls, and charity calls. I know it's a pretty useless service, but still.

Called at 8:40 p.m. on a Friday night.  Never answer unknown numbers, and they didn't leave a message.
