WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE JUST GO A CALL

I GET CALLS CONSTANTLY FROM ALL DIFFERENT NUMBERS NOT EVEN 10 DIGIT ONES THERE LIKE 0000 OR 6565645 I PLAYED THERE GAME AND THEY ALL HAVE A ACCENT FOR SURE AND WHEN THE MAN CALLS YOU CANT GET A WORD IN AT ALL. I SAID WHAT COMPANY IS THIS THEY SAID THE DEPT.OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS WITH 3 ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME FEDERAL SOMETHING AND FRAUD AND THEFT BY DECEPTION AND WOULD BE SERVED THE NEXT DAY. I SAID IF ITS FOR PAYDAY LOAND THAN WHY CANT I PAY IT BACK OH YOU CAN THATS WHAT WERE HERE TO DO I GAVE HIM MY DEBIT CARD CAUSE I DO HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN OUT THERE BUT NOT FOR 1,095 DOLLARS THERE WERE GOING TO TAKE OUT 500.00 DOLLARS SO I PUT MY MONEY IN ANOTHER PLACE SO THEY COULDNT GET IT AND THEY HAVE CALLED 25 TIMES IN A HALF HOUR. IM CHANGING MY DEBIT CARD,WOW THERE SOMETHING ELSE ITS A BUNCH OF CRAP.

I have 6 numbers that these guys have called me from.  Has anyone called the FBI in your state yet?  I am going to call and just ask if there is anything that can be done.  I have read everyone's comments and mine is no different then all of yours.  this had been going on with me for a year. First my cell,  I changed my cell.  Second my home,  I moved.  Now it is my place of business,   Well I'm not going any where from here.

i get calls from these ppl all the time and give me one company name after aanother.  This morning it was Dept of corporate affairs. Whatever that is.. i told them this morning that they will get a call but it will be from the local police department in my area. goin to file a harrastment police report after work.

i too have recieved phone calls from these clowns and they even went so far when my manger at work told them to quit calling they told her that I was a criminal and should be treated as such. I am beyond ticked off and would love to know what to do to get this to stop. Anybody with any info that can help please respond.

This company called our client telling him that they are from the Commerce Commission.  I call and was advised that they are Cash Partners of America.  I believe this call to be a scam and I strongly suggest that you not pay this "debt".

i received a call from this number 631-316-8916 saying there is a judgement against me for a pay day loan being deposited to my account. I do not have a bank account, I have a prepaid Visa that allows me to obtain no such things. I did indeed tried to apply via the internet but when i enter my account and rounting number they do not accept them. I was told by my card company it is a black account. They are harrasing me for something I never got, and when asked when this took place they rudely tell me I should know when I took the money. Help!!!

I also am being harrased by this company. What can I do? They won't stop calling and they are very threatining. I know I never took out a payday loan for five grand!

this person eric jones called me and was threatening,  he said you must call me back the second you receive this message, he had my name and last four of my ss#.  when they called again, i picked up the phone, and a mr. kevin said you have allegations against you for writing fraudulent checks and commiting fraud.  charges will be brought against you at 11:00 am tomorrow. that was 2 days ago.  i have never written a fraudulent check. i laughed and told him he really needed to find someone else to scam.  he has not called back.  the woman who answered when i picked up the phone said she was in public relations.

i told them they were out of thier minds and  find someone to run the scam on. they never called back.

Is this really a debt collector he said his name is Eric then when I am transferred to the supervisor he said his name is Kevin and they sound the same Hindu or Indian accent

I got a call from these people today. They left a message on my cell phone. When I played it I was WTH is this. So I called them. I asked for "Mark Taylor" but got his supervisor who precedded to tell me all my information. Read me some claims against me about a pay day loan that I know for sure I have never took out or gotten. Told me my work was going to be called and I was going to giving papers either at work or at home tomorrow. I was so upset this guy wouldnt let me talk or anything. By the end of the call he told me good luck and god bless. I called the police and went to my HR at work I had no idea this was all a fake till the police told me this is going around. I am still very upset and this just happen like 2hrs ago. I hope whoever is doing this gets caught and gets in trouble.

I too got another call from this number, they knew all of my info. I will be reporting this to consumer affairs immediately!

I have been getting these same calls now from a " Mark Taylor" who is very Indian..... They have been calling about the last week with the same exact wording or messages as everyone else has disscribed... they have even been calling my work phone! And the messages are getting threatening now... Like if I do not call back then whatever happens to me next is all my fault and in my hands... It is really starting to tick me off! Now that I know these are obviously scams the next "Mark Taylor" that calls me is not going to like what I have to say!!! We need to find a way to stop the creeps!!

I also today got the same kind of call and I called the number back. He told me I was to be served papers in 2 days and when I called my bank to find out what was going on it did not show I was being served with any sapina. The scary thing is they had my full name, address to my home and my full social secerty number. I hope they can be stopped!

some indian speaking guy who calls himself Mark Lewis left messages for the last three days stating that the very second i receive this message me or my attorney of record needs to contact them! the issue is extremely time sensitive! they have been calling on and off for months! the number on my caller id was 0000 and this 6313168916 is the number they give to call back! this crap is getting really annoying!!! they call from different numbers but the voicemail is always the same! i answered once when they first called and when they were pushed for exact answers like the date deposit from pay day loan was made they hang up!

The person left me a voice-mail message, identifying himself as David Jones, but had a noticeable Hindu accent.  Stated that I needed to call him (or my attorney) the second I receive the message because it was a time sensitive issue.  At the end he wished me good luck and god bless.

Just got off the phone with Richard Smith informing me of legal action from Advance America for three different allegations including fraud.  There was money deposited in my account and when they went to withdraw their fees, it was returned to them NSF.  Is there anyway to stop these idiots from bothering someone?  I have never had any interactions with Advance America and sure do not ever have a loan with them.  there has to be a way to stop this type of harrassment.

Crazy I have gotten the same call, saying it was for an online payday loan that I would be served this coming Thursday with court papers. Funny thing is I have no bank account only a prepaid Visa that has a black account allowing me to perform no such activity. When I asked when this transaction took place he so rudely told me "well you should know when you took the money" lol I told him serve me with what you want and I shal see you in court with my account actvity and history. Oh and he also added that they would be letting my employer know what I have done. Pure BS

yeah i got a call also from "Robert Foster" and my name is cinderella... also from the Department of consumer affairs.. wanting to tell me about 3 legal alligations against my name ( what does that even mean).. the number on my caller id came up as 05-258-5342.. i WILL be calling the departmetn of consumer affairs this mornign to let them know about this fraud being done in their name.. in the past ive gotten calls from, troy scott, peter chris, robert smith, leon johnson . eric brown, don wilson, tom smith . allen thomas.and the list goes on...if these guys names are correct then my name really is cinderella...what a bunch of crap....
