It was from Cablevision/Optimum. The message was that it was 'very important' that I call them back. I called them back within 5 minutes and was on hold for 15 minutes before a live representative picked up. They wanted to update their information and asked for my telephone number, e mail address, or any other way to contact me 'in case of emergency'. Needless to say I was annoyed and told them that in case of emergency, contact me with the phone number they had on file.

Two calls in the same day were annoying. But they left a message. It was Optimum cable messages for one of the areas on Long Island

I got 2 calls on the 30th. No message left.
I 67'ed the # and nothing happened. Very strange that nothing would happen. I tried again and waited longer. Finally a recorded voice saying it was Optimum. What a poor excuse for a cable company. Nothing but problems and they can even identify themselves with Caller ID, regardless of the # they are calling from.
