I blocked this number in May of 2013. So now they've been calling from (631) 393-0902 instead. They also call from out state. I'm pretty sure it was from NJ.

They called me three times recently using a Coatesville, PA and New York Caller IDs, but their predictive dialer never put their agent on the line when I answered until today. Strikes one and two, very annoying. The woman was polite and business-like but I didn't count how many "g"s she dropped from the ends of her words. She has my confidence, I really believe her when she said she'll remove me from their call list.

Following is a transcript of this live flue cleaning and inspection solicitation call:

[me:] Hello?
[they:] Hi, John?

[me:] Yes?
[they:] Hi, it's [unintelligible] with All American Chimney, and the reason for the call is to have the flue pipe for the home heating system cleaned and inspected and we are having a special right now it's a flat $35. You get a thorough cleanin' you're gonna get all your certificates and guarantees in writin' We also include a twelve point fire safety inspection and a carbon monoxide draft test. It takes about a half hour of your time and then you're all set. Would you be available tomorrow mornin' or afternoon to get in on this special?

[me:] Uh, I don't have a chimney.
[they:] Ok, how do you heat your home, sir? It's for the heating flue, not the fireplace.

[me:] Uh, gas.
[they:] Ok, and does it vent to the side of the home? It vents to the side?

[me:] It vents out through the roof through a PVC pipe.
[they:] Ok, you have a pre-fab. I will take you off our list.

[me:] Sorry, I didn't hear you.
[they:] I said, you have somethin' that's called a pre-fab which don't need our services. I will take you off our list. I'm sorry to bother you.

[me:] Ok, that's all right.
[they:] Thank you. Bye bye.
[me:] Surely. [I would have died if she had said "... and don't call me 'Shirley'!]

Recieved a call from this number.  Caller ID said ALL AMERICAN CH.  The voice message was garbbled and hard to understand.  The call back number is a fax.

Got a call from this number. I answered and they just hung up. I called back, they picked up didn't say anything then just hung up. When I called back again, a fax picked up. I will be filing a complaint about this company.

They call at least every day.  I never answer, but my answer machine gets no message.  I just tried to call the number back, and I keep getting a busy signal.  If this is a sales call, I should not be getting it. I am on the do not c all list.  I think I will answer the next call from this number to see if I should report them.

These people are a rip-off! They used to call me but I found a way to get them to stop. Telling them you are on the "Do not call registry" is no value.
The best thing is to make an appointment for them to clean your chimney, or whatever else they called about. When they show up, tell them that you do not want the work done, but if they continue to call, you will make an appointment every time, thereby wasting their time. Tell them to tell the caller because you will continue to do this as they continue to call.
It works! I have not had a call from them in over five years. Now, they called me on Wednesday afternoon, and again just now on Friday afternoon. My scheduled "'appointment" is next Tuesday hahaha!

Frequent calls, no message left. I answered one time and someone repeatedly said hello, nothing else. Called phone number back and got fax.

I just got a call from it today - my machine picked up and they didn't leave a message.  When I dialed it back, I got a fax line.  My caller ID only displayed the number, no name listed with it.

Just got a call 6:48 pm  May 31, 2013.. caller ID shows 16313930903   393-0903.. just like that.. I answered, i said hello.. there was an open line, but nobody responded, then they hung up. I called back and it was busy (of course).. tried a few more times, then it rang, but went to a fax.?????

Don't know who it is, but they called me also on 2-19 around noon. Call was local from Farmingdale, NY. No message was left.
