I got a call today from a Alan Baker and then an Albert regarding a payday loan that I supposedly defaulted on.  They said they were with Americas Judgement Recovery Services and called from 312-489-8364.  I asked them to provide me proof, and they said that I could have my attorney call them.

I am so tired of receiving calls from this # regarding PDLS that we have not taken out.  Is there no way in the world to stop bottom feeding scum like them from harrassing people.

i received a caal from this number and a guy told me that he is from American judgement service. and they had received a legal application against my SSN. i complaint to FBI this is scam

I received a call from a guy telling me he was from American Law services or something. That he had a legal application against my name and social security # if I didn't call I would be in trouble and the local police will get me. WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!!

wow - I got 6 calls on the same day - I answered the last time and told him I wasn't here. Stupid idgits

Received called from a guy who speaks very little english asking to speak to me or my attorney. Keeps saying I am in BIG trouble. Says that the attorney at law will contact me and that the local sheriff department will deliver legal application to me . I think he says his name is James River and he is with American Judgement services.He calls repeatedly and with each call he becomes more and more aggresive. He has called me at least a dozen times since last week. He always end the call with Good luck and until later.

i got a call from here this non english speaking person too. wanted to speak to my manager and all.
have no idea. went straight to the local police dept and the FCC

They called and left a message on my phone saying they had a report against me and my social security number. could barley understand them don't speak english told me to contact them or my lawayer.  Said they were American Judgement Services at least that is what it sounded like, and there was lots of noise in background.

Keep getting calls back to back. Basically they work for debt collectors that can take you to jail sue etc. The background noise is loud and the person Peter does not speak good english. I have not called the number back. I have heard that any debt goes into this pool and whomever get the debt paid gets to the profit. So any debt you have is thrown out to a free for all and whoever is the most agressive debt collector get the profit of collection. This is harrassement and I do not know how to get them to stop calling me. Any suggestions.

This person got all my personal information and is trying to say I owe some money and that I am getting ready to be sued and they want arrangements right now or the local sheriff will be out to my house.  It is a fraud because the company they say I owe I do not and did not borrow any money during that time.  Other people have told me that they also called them.

I also told them that I am calling an attorney and I will have my attorney call them and I am going to do that.  This has got to stop.

i keep getting these calls at work every day. its getting old, I work for the state and  its embarrising to keep getting this . they keep telling me i owe all this money and that the law will come and get me, and that i will be fired from my job.   this needs to stop. they have all my info and its scary

CALLER SPEAK LITTLE ENGLISH AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE THREATENING TO SUE ME. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HIS MESSAGE BUT I THINK THAT HE SAID THAT HIS COMPANY WAS AMERICAN SOMTHING? BEAWARE OF THE SCAM AND DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY BACK. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL ATTONERY GENERAL OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT. ALSO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

these people are calling saying that they are a law office reprensenting a payday loan company.

They always say their name is "John" or "Andrew" and it is fraud.. They threaten you saying they have a debt collection against you from a payday loan and then tell you the "Local Sheriff" will be coming to serve you or arrest you and you must call back to resolve you debt problem. This is from at some point somehow some way you have entered the last four of your SSN; your phone number and or email address--- and sometimes maybe even home address on a website for anything from free rewards to looking for loans etc which this information in turn was obtained by these people in an effort to attempt to fraudulently get monies from you. Just report it however you deem appropriate.. I have reported to local law enforcement-- to the local law enforcement agency the first few incoming numbers they called from originated and also the FCC.. Should be a news story since I can see elderly people easily falling for this since they're so threatening and have some legit information about you when they call....

I just got a call from this number he said his name was John something didn't speak good english I looked it up seems to be fraud so I am reporting them to the FCC right now.
