Called me twice on Sunday and once again on Monday.  Didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

I recieved this call today and was threatened that the police would be at my house tonight. Thank god I looked up this number. but the man said that i never paid off a loan and was going to be arrested, when i called back he stuck to his story. He knew my email, my address, and my banking information. scary world, so dont answer.

I keep getting the calls also.some company on India brought old payday loans And now they're calling trying to get money from people
Of they call u at work tell them not to call the job anymore or u will file a complaint with the FCC.nothing bit scanners

they stated that they were sending the police to my house and that they had a legal case on me

i keep getting these call from this number 6314098429 and the man tells me that i am going to jail

I have gotten harassing phone calls on my cell from this number as well. I respond and say to send me something in writing and I will handle it then. I have nothing to be worried about. The caller insists that I will get arrested. He then demands to talk to my Supervisor. When I say no he tells me I will be sorry. I have no idea what his intentions are. He never gets to the point. One day he needs to talk to my lawyer, the next my employer. Now, he has left messages at my work. I don't know how to make this stop!

Also received a call from these guys asking for my lawyer.. I told them  to stop calling and the guy actually said, F*** YOU! before hanging up.Said he was from All State Legal Services..Scammers for sure!

i have been getting calls from this people and they been calling saying that i will be aresst and i already pay who ever they are talking about calling me out of my name i just wish it will stop.

I also received a call from William Tanner - last night on my cell and at my work this am - stating that not to ignore this and if i did a sheriff would come to my job - when i asked for details - they hung up

I received this call at 7am today and they ask for my attorney stating I owe money and they were going to send the police to my house. I ask for proof they told me they don't have to and I need to report to court or else they will send to police to my house. I was upset ask for manager they refuse I stated I will file a complaint of harrassment. I file a complaint to the FTC.gov (federal trade commission), put my phone number on the do not call list, and put an alert on my credit reports. Hopefully this will stop the call and harrassment.

I received 2 phone calls saying there is a law suit pending against me.  I told them that I had notified the FBI in new york where this call was coming from.  I wished these calls could be stopped.
He was using the name of William Tanner

I am continously receiving phone calls and threats from this phone number. I don't know who/what this is. I was asked for personal information and refused to give it out. Does anyone know who this is or what type of scam this is?

I this number amongst another from a 347 number has repeatedly called me.. telling me that I am being investigated for fraud. They tell me I need to give them my lawyers information ASAP otherwise I will in lots of legal trouble. They continued to ask for my SSN and then when I told them I would not give it out over the phone they said the local sherrifs dept would be coming to my home. In which they knew my address! WTF! He wouldn't give me any information and then hung up.

Woke up at 7am for this call. was informed that i was facing charges of theft, spoke to a manager and he informed me to call a lawyer. not something you wanna hear at 7 am. say i defaulted on a loan.  i asked him for more info. none was given.

just got a call  hard to understand...gave me a different number to call back.....even had the nerve to say good luck an god bless...stupid scammers...so now i answer the phone to numbers i dont know as my towns sherrifs office or attornerys office
they hang up
