Person who called wanted me to donate money to help the NYC chief of police implement after school programs for children and safety initiatives.  I told him no thank you at this time and he hung up on me.  Wow ?talk about a scam.

This number calls my cell phone!! repeatedly and when I say hello no one picks up.I finally answered one day and the guy on the line was very rude when I asked where he was calling from and why,he also seemed to be annoyed and cursing under his breathe the whole time and was not saying my name correctly. I called back and heard a recording saying it is the new york police chiefs fundraising association wanting donations?!!!.The message said 8005097514 was their customer service number so I called and followed the prompts to have them not call me anymore. I do not live in new york anymore and how they got my cell phone is beyond me as I haven't signed up for anything there.I moved out of new york eons ago due to the high crime, dirty city, rude residents and scam artists . I will give my donation to my local sherriff's association here not these people.I asked them to take me off their list, if they call me one more time I will sue!

I get  calls repeatedly from this number in the last 2months.They call,I say hello and hear nothing and finally hang up. Today, I called the number back and it is the answering service for the new york association chief of police fundraising hotline on a message playback. I called their 800 number on that message 8005097514 and asked to be removed from their  call list. I do not live in New York anymore due to the high crime,daily grime  and low quality of life and they are calling my cell phone!!!. How they got a hold of my number I do not know since I have not signed up for any fundraising anything. I will give the money to my sheriffs department here who do a stellar job of keeping my city safe. The nerve to be calling my cell on an almost daily basis when I don't live in that city anymore.

They would call repeatedly and I would hear nothing when I said hello.Call their 800 number 8005097514 and ask them to take you off their list ,its also automated so follow the prompts to have your number noted as do not call. What annoys me is that I do not live in New York anymore due to the high crime etc and they have the nerve to call my cell phone although I have never signed up to donate anything to them. I will give the donation to my sheriff department here who do a better job of protecting us..the nerve

Continues to call every day.  No answer when picked up.  Annoying

Calls and asks for me and then is nasty when they are asked what is this in reference to.

This number repeatedly calls me and when I answer the line is silent (except for a little static fuzz)....
I traced it back and it said it was coming from Sag Harbor.
Is it possible these numbers are coming from elsewhere and being routed through Sag Harbor?
*sigh*.

IMHO, This is the same bunch of #%$$%$ that fund raise and charge a huge % for their services. There were a number of calls a few years back from this number. When you call back, they tell you to call 800-509-7514 for more information. Here is their earlier call records reported here.
