I kept getting missed calls from this number (probably ten calls). Very rude - never left a message. Finally answered. It is really about 3% customer service and 97% a sales call. They use decptive practices and scare tactics to try to sell you computer diagnostic / optimization services. Don't fall for it. They are very elusive about their company name - but must get some referrals or contact information from Dell.

and im getting missed calls from this number 16314801951. i did place a call to 1-866-440-3355 before, which is Dell customer service centre and have talked to a Dell customer service representative who did have an east indian accent. SPECIFICALLY told them not to hand my contact info to advertisers or scam companies but PERHAPS they did. Motherfu**ers.
