This is a scam.  They told me they sent 4 notifications to my house and now they cant send no more.  I went to there website which is a load of crap. I told them I was going to call the cops on them and they immediately hung up on the phone. Shows how much they actually care about there money. This is a load of crop. I tell ya.

Well they are at it again. . . funyy these calls always pick at the the holidays and tax season.  Just got numerous calls (631-647-0562) back-to-back at work from "Eddie John" of the Law Office of Shawn Woods.  He said there was a case against my name and social security number for an unpaid payday loan.  Total scam!!!!!!!!!!!  Sounded like he's from india and had a lot of background noise, people talking and such. Sounded more like a mall than a law office.

I have received multiple calls from this number.  If you call it back, different people answer what appears to be a cell phone.  They claim to have a lot of information, but their information is not valid.  They will not send anything in writing.  Until something legal is sent in writing, do not believe what they have to say.  This is a scam.

Why can''t the FBI do something to stop these horrible phone calls.  Not only did they have all my very personal information, they talked like I worked for a "pimp".  These calls were horrbile and indiscribeable.

When I first got a call from them they left a message saying that I had a claim against my name and Ssn. When calling back I knew they were a scam because I didn't have any payday loans out, I asked when the supposed transaction occured, they gave me a date in December, which I also knew was a lie because I was on maternity leave all December and never once looked into a loan. I started asking more questions, if they could send me proof, if I could have the number of the company so I can work things out with them, they made excuses for all of my questions and so I asked to talk to the supervisor... The man said he was out of the office. I asked to be transferred to his voice mail so I could leave a message, he said he would transfer me when he was back in the office, I pushed a but more to be transferred and he exploaded and started swearing and yelling at me. I just laughed and hung up. From now on when I'm bored and need a chuckle I shall call this number and see how riled up I can get them

had a message this morning from number 631-647-0562 caller id said it was a bay shore ny number.  Them message said they were from a law office and they were calling in regards to a law suit in my name and social security number.  I did not call them back since I have received other calls like this from different numbers.  After doing an internet search I came across this site where I noticed that I am not the only person that is being bothered by these people.  They spoke with a very heavy accent and I could barely understand half of what they said.  This is ridiculous that they can bother us like this.  I put my number on the no call list but obviously that does not do anything about this.

I received a call in 12/3/2010 ,they called my work my co woker told them I could not receive calls, so he stopped, then they called my cell left a messages saying that i was going to court if i didn't settel this matter. I called them back and told them that they where scammers....the guy hung up on me ....but they did get into my bank account on 12/22/2010...I had to close my account, my bank refunded my money....after that 1-18-2011 they started there calls again...but with a diffrent # 347-416-5035...the guy's name is ashton black( yeah right) they left a message on my cell....I asked for Mr.Black...he was not there so I spoke to a Daniel...he claimed i owe money, he coulden't tell me the amount or the name of the company,I told him he was being recorded ...he hung up on me.....these scammers have a deep accent and talk very aggressive

I got a missed call from this number at 6am today.  What the heck were they thinking.  Who are these crooks?  What do they want? Stop bugging people.

I received voicemails from a Law Office of Shawn Woods and to call him back at 631-647-0562.  He said there was a case against my name and social security number.  Then they try calling me to hold on and be transferred to the one I need to speak to.  I hung up for I know that I have paid back my loans. I do not trust those who has accents and know what scams they are upto.  Wish there was a way we can stop these people for good.

scam!!! number they are using is now 6102280053. they will claim to be "officers"---in my case, charles jacobs..with heavy accent, they couldnt even say "california" properly. DO NOT SEND Money. They are scammers. Keep writing their numbers. This is the only way to FIGHT these b*****ds

Some foreign guy called me and threatened me(on my answering machine), I called the police and they stopped calling(my home number). The police officer called the number that they told me to call them back at and he told them to stop threatening the citizens of Phoenix, AZ.  He asked for their supervisor and of course they did not come to the phone when he said he was the Phoenix Police. Then the idiots started calling my cell phone. The policeman told me to answer the phone and say hello, let them talk and then immediately dial *57 and hang up.. I will look up what star 57 means. Anyway the jerk told me if I did not call back I would have the worst nightmare of my life. Creep stuff going on out there. Good luck everyone. Lets bust these connivers and thiefs.

I recveived phone call too. They also said law office of shawn woods. Said I was being sued for a payday loan in 2009 that they direct deposited in my account.  I don't do direct deposit I knew right away it was a scam cuz I don't do payday loans. BIG TIME SCAMMERS I reported the two numbers they have been using are 6316470562 and 6102280053. It's awful funny one is in New York the other in Pennsylvania same person calling using different number. Don't be fooled I'm not

I got a call from them this morning, they have all of my information stating that I owe a pay day loan from January of 2010. I didn't have a payday loan at that time and they steal your information from payday loan sites if you apply for a loan. I asked for the guy to send me information proving it and they only sent a letter with a street address of "Newyork" ave. They claim to be from The Law Offices of Shawn woods. This is a total scam and what scares me is they have all of my information. They say my loan was through pay-day usa. Funny thing is that when you google that PaydayUsa is an online payroll service center and also there was for paydayusa.org which is a broker for payday loans. I have filed a complain with www.ic3.gov as it is the site to do so. I called the attorney generals office also and will be calling the SSA to protect myself however I can. Do not send these people any money!

got a call from 631-647-0562 they had my social and everything claiming to be a law office and a law suit has been filed against me. the number is from D.C and I live southern oklahoma. Total scam!!!!!!!!!!!
furthermore they have shared this info because other calls have come in claiming similar law suit actions.
usually they sound like they are from india and have a lot of background noise. sounds more like a mall than a law office.
