Me too, Kyra. When you pick it up, no one htere. Shouldn't have done that.:)  Call back, it says, "No ;longer in service." How can they call and you call back and thay say that? I don't ge tit. Just block it and be done with it. That's what I did. Eventually they'll stop. It is maddening,  but it works. Or go to the FTC.

Third time today about 15 minutes ago. I had seen elsewhere that it was a recording and also it was silent when they answered. I finally answered it expecting the silence............

Me: "What the $%^#& do you want?!?!?!?!?!!??! Quit calling me!!!"

Them: Hi, is this icepuck? I'm calling for a college..............................(it was an actual person)

Me: (I interrupted) Stop calling!........hung up

I hope that I didn't bust their eardrum. lmao

This number has called me four times in the last two days. Each time I anwser I get hung up on after two seconds. I call back and it says it is a non working number. These calls started two weeks ago after I put in online applications.  I have gotten calls from other numbers asking if I wanted to further my education through online classes. Im sure they are related

this number keeps calling me i put it on my reject list and it still keeps calling when i answer and say hello no one answers

I got a call from thay one along with  the 423-493-9218 as well

Just received the SECOND call today from this "non working" number.  It has now been added to my phone's Reject List.  I LOVE my Galaxy! It makes it so easy to block these annoyances from calling me in the future.

It isn't.  The number is "unreachable".  I tried from my office phone to call it back since it only shows the main switchboard number and not my direct line when I call someone. LOL

If you are all struggling in life, this may be either help or more trouble, so don't disclose too much info, and talk calmly and happily.
I googled and see this happens a lot, but no one has an answer except that when they answer, someone in other line who seems normal asks questions, but hangs up suddenly after you answer their query.

First call today from this number, waiting for 2nd, at 10:43 this morning.

The past two days I've received two calls a day from both 312-420-7908 and 423-493-9218

They've got to be connected some way

I ignore numbers I don't know but this number called me as well. Now I know it's not worth the minutes to try calling it back lol

Same thing just happened to me

Received call on my cell phone while at work. Tried to call back later and was reported as a "non working number".  No message left.  Nothing shows up on Google search of the number other than it's coming from New York.
