Got into my Facebook acct sending friend request to friends and spamming them with junk.

LOL! Scam.. file a report with the DNC and I'd call my phone provider and see if they can block it as its a scam! I'd think you know of you signed up for any "lottery" .. generally these scams want money on a green dot card or similar card to receive the winnings of course!
