Never heard of it on Long Island....
But I answered....
Some middle easterner who was insisting that I need to change my gas company from NatGrid to whatever independent company he was with.
Told him I wasn't interested & he kept talking.
I told him I was hanging up & he was almost yelling for me not to hang up

The same crazy guy!!! Not he is screaming at me cause I hung up & he needs for me to change my gas company!!! Like I would now do that!
I told him to stop screaming - called him an A**Hole, that he woke up my napping infant grandchild & since he didn't block his call the first time that I'd have his number traced & would go to his place of business & stick a gas line up his butt till it came out his turbin if he called again!
I hung up, went onto Optonline's customer page & blocked his number.
