I have rec'd numerous calls from these guys.  Finally, I discovered that I can block them through xfinity, which I use for phone, cable and internet.  Thank God!

Rachel certainly does get around.  She calls from many different locations via robo-caller.

Wouldn't you love to find one of those call centers and go in with a big pair of scissors and cut all their phone lines on their desks??

Another in the long list of numbers that show on ID as "card services".  Second today for me, although first was a different number and left no message.  This was a robo message and I have been receiving them from various numbers for a couple of years now.  It's obvious that no matter what we do or how much we try to get this "crap" to be discontinued, there is always going to be someone to figure out a way to get around the rules, regulations and laws.

Received a call from this number at my work.  They call and want you to call them back.  When you get a person, they will not remove your number saying that one of many credit card companies dial you and they handle the card from their call center.  If you try to call the number and press 1 - to talk to customer service, 2 - to be removed, 3 - to leave a voice message and 4- etc...their message just keeps repeating and does not connect you.
So really whats the point of their call center - if no one is there to help you.  Sorry for the people who have to work there - there are better jobs.
Waste of everyone's time.

I get at least 3 calls every week for the past 3 - 6 months.  Its always a recording saying this is my last chance to lower interest rate on any credit card debt.

First of all, there is no financial stimulus, never was.

Ignore the calls. They are all the same. Fake number, same caller ID, all robo calls. (516-472-9017, 973-273-7821 and etc) Dont call the number back, dont mess with them by wasting their time, dont press any numbers. That will only validate your number for more calls. Plainly ignore. If you have recieved one, TRUST ME, you will recieve many more. They call from various numbers (which isnt where the call originates), so blocking is pointless. But the signs of the caller are all the same. Card services, out of area caller, robo call.

They are criminals. Simply google Card Services scam or Heather/Rachel scam. Every news organization and newspaper have reported on this scam at least twice this year. They are looking for credit card numbers for personal use. Long story short, technology, criminal networks, desperation, gullible people, and lacking Federal laws, keeps this scam going.  SADLY, people still fall for them. Telemarketing robo calls are illegal. Period. These criminals are not going to stop calling, becuase they are criminals. A computer does all the work. A computer has no feelings, nor does the criminals behind the phone. All they want is your money. They continue to call becuase it is cheap to do, but more so, EVERY SINGLE DAY someone falls for it. Cha-ching to them, and that keeps the calls coming. Never ever, ever, especially in this day and age give out personal information over the phone. Please repeat that last sentence to the elderly and other gullible persons. NEVER EVER GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. Not to creditors, not to charities, not to bill collectors. KNOW YOUR LAWS. Expecially to random robo call telemarketers. Warning others of this scam helps TREMENDOUSLY. We have to get people to stop falling for this illegal operation(s).

Please, as useless as it may feel, continue to report to the DNC list, even to your States Attorney Generals Offices. But also, you can contact your phone carrier/provider and notify them. (or *57 after the call is made). If you have spare time, write your congressman regarding your experience and document every call. Even if you dont receive it, check your caller ID and report the call and document. AND YES, THE FTC Is offering a $50K reward catching these criminals.

They have called hundreds and probably thousands of times by now and they use many different numbers. This time they called from 631-773-1013. They usually say press one now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates. The call got cut off and all I heard was something about taking advantage of this today.

Can't get this number to stop calling me.

Scam. Report it to the FTC as they are pursuing perps. However, on one occasion I got a live voice first, not the robo (their error). I was ready. I told them I was moving but would love to talk (breathless and gushing) and gave the outfit the number of the NYC FBI. They took it down. (Try your local FBI office number.) Didn't get calls for months.

I have reverted to doing this EVERY time they call. I can usually keep them on the phone for a good 10-15 minutes before they get very annoyed with me. The call usually ends with them asking (in a very frustrated tone) "Are you willing to verify the last 12 digits of your credit card or not?", to which I reply, "No more willing than you are to quit calling me every day, but I look forward to screwing with you again tomorrow!". Then I hang up on them.

Pressing 9 to be taken off the list does absolutely nothing. If you press 1 to tell a live person to take you off the list, they either hang up on you immediately, or they curse at you and then hang up. You really only have three choices with these idiots:

1. Don't answer.
2. Answer and do one of the above.
3. Answer and waste as much of their time as you can.

I've found option 3 to be the most rewarding.

I am getting phone calls almost daily warning me that this is my "Second and last call regarding my credit card." I tell them to leave me alone and they are back the next day. How do we get rid of this nuisance? Is there a way to BLOCK this number on my phone?

This is the third final call I have received from these a$$holes about credit card interest rate reduction.  Also have heard from others using different numbers.

Final message (yeah right) from Card Services to reduce credit card interest rates (third final one I have received since the first).  These idiots never stop their scams and are worse than the 419 Nigerian type received through e mails.  Wish I could talk to one of these a$$holes.

Complaints filed with the FTC and the Illinois (my home state) Attorney General and the new York Attorney General. Have also started Civil proceedings in Small Claims Court, so maybe I'll get $500.00 for all their harassing calls. Will let you know.

Another Day, another SPAM/SCAM call from "RACHEL" at "CARD SERVICES."  Fortunately, I was out, so no 'running to the phone' before the machine picks up.

I wish I could press a button on my phone and BLOW THEM UP on the other end.

Card services. I have pressed the appropriate digit to opt out and they keep calling.

They called before with a differentnumber, I keep a good record of all these calls and then file a complaint. i feveryon would do this this scamming jerks would be elimitated.

Register with the Donotcall.Gov, and make a complaint with them. It cost nothing, but always keep a record of who called, when they called, and the date they called, this way they can check up. it usually takes about 31 days, but hat worth it than to have it run all year after year. I had plenty of calls like this and others, they stopped after I made the conmplaint, and file again if you have to update. it works but takes awhile.
I also got this call and I'll file another complaint with all the past history.

SCAM

Received unwanted call from this number. No message left.    Found it listed on here, so I added it to a phone book entry for "telemarketer" assigned a silent ringtone.

Scammers. Yet another call from yet another number by Credit Card Services. Have attempted to "opt-out" multiple times in the past, to no avail, and they're impossible to block, as it's never twice the same number. Apparently they were not at all deterred by the FTC's "action" reported on the right-hand side of this page. NDNCR complaint filed.
