Harrassing phone calls

Can some one help whit that people ???     to  stop calling every day ???   every  morning and every night !!!

This company calls constantly, multiple times per week and sometimes several times per day. When you pick up the phone, there is no one there or you get please hold and then a busy signal after a minute of waiting. They are marketing N Y Daily News subscriptions.We have spoken to them and were promised that our phone number would be removed from their list. They still call from 9 AM until 9:30 PM. When you call back the number you get a busy signal or the phone rings and rings. I spoke to the Daily News office in NY City to complain 800 692 6397 and was promised that they would look into this, but was told that this was a different company. Since I already have a subscription, I will cancel my subscription if the calls don't stop

They collect information to send you a free trade magazine.  Today's was "something-something Contractor".  I work for a general contractor and we get these calls practically daily - for every aspect of our business.  "Underground Utilities Magazine"  "Snow & Ice Removal Magazine"  "Dirt & Rock Magazine".  You name it - there is a free magazine!  Or I should say, a free compilation of advertisements.  Ads compose 99% of the publications.

this number calls every day and hangs up when i answer. i never want them to call again

This number is calling us every day starting from 7:30am and at least 4-5 times more during the day.
If we answer they hang up also.  for daily news deliverly

I tried calling to complain, but that phone number is out of service.

I have received two to three calls a day from this number.  If I answer they hang up, and if I don't no message is left.  How can I make it stop??

Thanks for the link... I went online and filled out the form in order to be removed from their "in house list". It says it will be 7-10 days to process the request.  Will see What happens!

I get several calls a week, sometimes several in one day from (631) 775-0202. When I answer they just hang up. The caller ID shows "Peconic Bay". If I try to call the number back no one answers. I wish they would quit harassing me with this waste of my time.

I answered a call from this number and they said they were equifax and to confirm information about my company.

This phone # calls my house at least 5 times and day It says Peconic Bay M. Every time I answer it there is no-one there and it hangs up on me. I try to call it back and it is busy or no one answers. I am sick and tired of this. I looked up Peconic Bay and it is a medical center but none of the numbers matched the number that calls me.

Got a call from this number today, woman on the line asked for the previous owner of the company. I told her the owner was out of the office and asked to take a message. The caller next wanted to speak with the President of the company, to verify our address for their publication. I told her the President was also out of the office, and I was not qualified to speak with her and she would have to call back. Sounded like one of those "directory" scams to me. My company manufactures and installs language labs, and those stupid directory people list us under construction trades or medical labs. Idiots! Then we get more stupid sales calls because we won't pay big bucks for them to list us correctly.

Have received 15 calls from this number since November 1. Everytime I  answer they noone on the otherwise answers. They won't leave any messages. You call back and the phone just rings. I wish they would stop calling. Caller ID says Peconic Bay M

This number is calling me 5 times a day. When you answer,no one is on the other end.

i get this number all the time, when i do answer its just silence....annoying!

Someone from this number called me on Oct. 25th, but didn't leave a message and unlike everyone else they didn't bother calling back (whew!). I added them to my Telemarketer Sandtrap system anyway, so even if they do call back they won't get through now.    ; )

Call five times a day. Moring and night can't stand it. No one is there, then when u call back the line is bussy or it just keeps ringing! Driving me crazy!!!

Thanks for all the messages on here.  I wasn't sure if I should answer it since it said "Unknown Name" above the number all my caller ID but I figured that if it was important they would leave a message.  My suspicions were warranted it appears- just another piece of scum bothering people while they're busy trying to do a real job.
