Yup - National Securities.  Act like they know owner personally, tries to get the cell #.  Tricky Dicky.

Our company got a call from this number and when I told him the owner wasnt in and asked who was calling he said "that's okay" then hung up.

Shady...

it also said national sec.. on the caller ID..

Doughasses called again today asking for one of our owners, who is really out of the country for the next 6-8 weeks. Told him that and he says "well I need to have my plane worked on so I guess I will have to wait". I told him we had two other Aircraft mechanics in house and I would be happy to schedule him in. Of course I knew this was a BS call as they are on my douchbaggery caller list. and the guy sounded like a class A douchbag. This is National Securities. There is an actual company directory available if you call the numger.

THIS PERSON HAS CALLED OUR COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES AND ACTS LIKE HE KNOWS THE OWNER PERSONALLY. HE HAS USED SEVERAL TACTIS TRYING TO GET THROUGH. I AM REALLY SICK OF THIS COMPANY OR PERSON LYING. POSSIBLE TELEMARKETER.

Initial call went to the secretary goes like this:

No hello

Jimmy Harrison , "Can I have Mark's cellphone number"
Secretary: "I don't have his cellphone number"
Jimmy Harrison , rudely "Well you better go get it!"

Secretary places "Jimmy" on hold

Office Administrator takes the call : "What is this in reference to?"
Jimmy: "What is it to you?"
Admin: "What is this in reference to?"
Jimmy: "I'm doing construction on Mark's house and I need his cell phone number"
Admin: "Hold Please"

Placed on Hold - At this time everyone who is involved with this call knows that there is no construction being done and that from this point forward that this call is a scam.

Took that call and the rude gentlemen insisted I give him my cellphone number. When I claimed that this sounded like a complete scam Jimmy proceeded to say,

"Yeah I know, I hate my job - I'm trying to get a new one"

Call terminated

Called & asked for my boss's cell phone #.  When I said he didn't have it with them, they hung up.

Called and identified himself as "Edward" asked for the president of the company & lied - saying he new him.  When I asked what in regards to he hung up.

calls, ask for boss by first name,  identifies himself as Mike,  when I ask from where... he just hangs up.

RUDE!!!!! THEY CALL EVERYDAY, MY BOSS HAS NO INTEREST IN SPEAKING WITH THEM. SOMEONE SHOULD INVESTIGATE.

The company is the National Securities Corp. They sell junk and high risk stocks from "professional" solicitors. Charles Arfman is one of the worst offendors. His personal number is 631.881.0700. If you aren't that sadistic, call the HQ at 800 742-7730 and ask for Al Scerbo- he's a supervisor. Make some noise and the harrassment will cease- they don't want to get reported to the sec...

Calls regularly. Asks to speak to my husband as if he were a lifelong friend. When I ask him to remove our number from his calling list, he becomes verbally abrasive and sometimes abusive usually demanding to speak to my husband. He claims he is selling some sort of east coast stock. Has a very "NY" accent. The caller ID comes up with the name CENTRAL ISLI NY. The only way to get rid of him is to simply hang-up...but he has called back just to say something rude.

I received two hangups from this number today.  It is nobody that I know.

Called and asked for my father, when I said he was not available caller then accused me of lying to him and said I was my father even after I said "no this is his son". Possible bill collector. No caller ID.
