these idiots have been calling me, threatening me about some payday loan. i know i dont have a loan but asked for paperwork.  boy---that is when the threats started.  i hung up.  they try every now and again but i tell them to f*** off

They are scams and I am tired of getting their calls.  This has been going on for 6 months.  I asked for them to send me paperwork and they get mad so I hang up.

I have been getting calls from these people for over 5 months.  I initally was polite and asked for them to send me paperwork.  They have turned nasty and I have too.  I have sent their information to the internet fraud section of the FBI.  This is ridiculous.  Payday loans, huh?  Michael Brown, Charlie Smith - RIGHT!

Same number. A Steve Sebastian said I was being sued for 8000.00, but that I could avoid any further lawsuit per-suite if I paid them 741.00. I was informed to fax a letter with my credit card number and a copy of my drivers license. Scary thing was that they had the last 4 digits of my ss# correct. They called my office about 10 times in about 5 minutes.

Received phone call asking for one of our employees. The person stated our employee was prime suspect. I asked prime suspect for what. They hung up. Called again asking for our employee. I told them our employee does not take personal phone calls. They hung up.

I received 3 calls in a 20 minuted time frame stating that I was going to be arrested for a payday loan and that his name was Ron Baxter from McKenzie Law. I didn't answer but they leave several voicemail messages

I received a call today from this number.  Wasn't rude with a very thick Indian accent.  Told me I had to call the paralegal and they could brief me on the case and give me more information.  Mighty funny that the number he gave me was the same number he called me from. Why couldn't he transfer me?  I am definitely not calling back.  Next time they call I will say you have the wrong number!

Very similar to your call. Same name Ron Baxter. In fact, must their current script. Last time I got calls from them they all had American Pie names. In fact the paralegal I spoke was Stiffler!  It is very apparent they are from India. They did rattle off my email address and started yelling at me because the company had been contacting me thru email and it was my fault I would be going to jail! And that I could pay 690 now or if we go to court I will have to pay over 6000.

I keep receiving a call from this number talking bout I owe money for a online loan and there is a warrent out for my arrest and they keep calling and they have all my information even my new address I moved to...

I received a call at the Office where I worked  today from an Heavy accent Asian woman and they asked for me, I told them I was someone else and they pursured to talk with me about a debt that this other person owed.  I told them I needed their name, number , date of birth , and address so I could send this to the State Police as they are fraudilate company , and are trying to collect on a debt that is not true or actual.  I also told them that if they wanted to pursue this call I would be more than happy to turn them over to the State Police for harrassment and fraud.  The lady hung up on me.   Then turn around and called my cell phone with their number showing who it was.  I picked up the phone and stated do you really want to continue this call? I will turn you in to the State Police for harrassment and fraud.  I am sick and tired of these people harrassing me at work ,home and on a phone I buy air time for.   We need to put a stop to these people.  Enough is enough-

Just got several calls from this number.  The first caller was very rude and told me that he was from McKenzie Law firm and that I owed money to an online loan company (which I never borrowed money from any online company).  He told me that I was a liar and that an investigator would be at my house within an hour to take me into custody.  When I asked what state he was calling from he said California(the 631 area code is New York).  When I commented on that, he said that he didn't know where he was calling from.  I also asked for specifics about this loan and he told me that I would have to call the paralegal for the firm (at the same number that he called from) but I had to wait an hour to talk to him.  I called back and was surprised when someone answered the phone.  I got the paralegal (Ron Baxter) on the phone and he was even more rude than the first caller.  After a short conversation, he told me to "suck his d**k!" and hung up.  I immediately called back and got a different person.  This person, however, was very nice and apologized for the rude comments of the previous men.  He also admitted that this was in fact a scam and that they were calling from India.  He said that I would not get any more calls from them or any other scammers from their network.  Hopefully, I will not get any more calls from these people!  I did have a good laugh when each one gave their names. ( James Anderson, Ron Baxter, and, the best, Andrew D'Costa they were clearly from India!)

Aisan accent caller with threats of arrest and law suits states that they are Mccensi law firm [not sure if spelled correctly] Will not supply verifacation of debt. States they are contracted by Payady cash loans
