This number keeps calling.

This number calls me and there is noone there.  It is unpublished.

Got a call from this number and they asked if I wanted my chimney cleaned.  Set up an appointment and they called the night before  to verify the appointment.  Never showed up and I got a busy signal when I called the number.  Wasted my time!!!

I got a call from 631-924-0567 today, July 14, 2010 and they also wanted to clean my chimney and asked me by my name. The scary part was that they also knew my address. I said we were not interested and hung up. I did not like that at all and would like to report it! Those people should be punished for harrassing us! Why do they do it?

I got  call from this number (631-924-0567) on Monday, May 24, 2010 saying my chimney was due for cleaning.  I stupidly scheduled an appointment for Friday.  When I got off the phione, I searched the web for a company called Chimney Service and could find none.  I have tried to call all day today to cancel the appointment and have gotten a a busy signal at least 10 times.  I have no intention of letting them enter my home to clean the chimney.  Who can we report this to?

Called at 7:30 this evening, woman representing herself as a chimney service company.  Said they had swept the chimney for my furnace 3 years ago.  When I told her we didn't own the house 3 years ago she was flustered and tried to tell me the previous owners had the service done.  No thanks!  Called ID said Middle Island, NY

I received a call from 631 924 0567, I did not pick up.  I saw the number and dialed up.  The phone rang for about 12 times then went to a fast busy tone.  This number has called me several times.

631-924-0567:  11:39 AM 4/2/10 Received call no one on line, same time my other line rang from same place Middle Islan, NY # 631-924-0391. 1 hour ago received call on my fax line.

I got a call from this number (631-924-0567) with New York on the callerID.  They asked for me by name (can I speak to Ms. xxx).  I said "sorry, can I take a message" and they hung up.  I called back using *67 to block my number.  At first I got a busy signal (b/c they are probably harassing other people).  When it finally rang the phone connected but no one spoke.  I waited a while and made them hang up.  At least that's less time they can spend harassing others.  Phone companies should really disconnect these people - a phone is not a right but a privilege.

I got the same thing.  They said they cleaned my chimney in 2007.  I told them twice I did not.  THEY hung up.

Call came in from (631) 924-0567 at 1:50 pm East Coast Time.    I did not pick up the call but Googled the phone number and found out that it is not a legit call so I am reporting it.

I just got a call from this same number (1/30/10 at 12:25 pm) and they claimed they had cleaned my chimney in 2006, which they of course did not.

I hung up and they called back 5 minutes later and realized it was me again and I heard the guy laugh and say "no way" and then he hung up.

Total scammers.

Got this call at 8:19pm.  They said Hello, Mr.xxxxxxxx. I said who's calling please.  They then hung up.  Did a reverse lookup on the number... its in Suffolk County in New York.
