do not call the numbers back and hit (1). If you do this tells them it is an active number and they will sell it off.

All you have to do is call 888-556-7682, this service will take your phone number off the caller's list and stop the phone calls to you.

ya i got a call it says from New York on my caller id will i just called the number and it does give you the option of being placed on there do not call list but they don't say who they are and they hang up if you don't press 1 for then to take you off an they say it take 24-48 hours to get your number off there list

Actually I think he had a good point. Unlike landlines, with cell phones you pay for incoming as well as outgoing calls. So by answering this spam it actually does cost money. It would cost me 10 cents a minute. Now I know many people get unlimited plans so for some is no direct additional monetary cost but not everyone. I have done considerable research and there is no significantly cheaper per minute price offered in my area unless my call volume gets much higher than 150 minutes a month.

I too am very happy that I checked this posting before I answered my phone.  They called before and the number looked familiar to me too.  What a waste of time, money, and effort for them and us!!

Josh (scum) you are a dumb@$$ piece of s^*!! .  That number is also texting which cost me money I am elderly on fixed income taking care of my daughter who is unable to walk. The way they are going about it also scares the crap out of you becouse you dont know if its another tradgedy or some IDIOT like you calling !!

Hummm Josh works for the company and a part of his job is to write text in defense of all the calling.. I want then to STOP calling me also and if not PAY MY PHONE BILL ALSO.. After them having to pay some bills I bet they will stop putting people on auto dail and calling all hours of the day!!!!!

Tony there is an option on my phone that send incoming calls directly to my voicemail, you should check on your phone if you have that option. You have to save the ph# I put it under the name "do not answer" and when saving it look for the option "incoming calls-send calls directly to voicemail" and save it that way. and save all these #@$% scam calls to that contact

We could actually say the same about you, there, Josh.  What it would appear is that you are one of these annoying, unwanted callers whining because no one wants to speak to you.  
Just as an FYI; there are a lot of calling programs that  pay as you go, by minutes, not by month.  I want you, Josh, to pay the internet bill for everyone who is posting here today, because they had to respond to your post using their internet.  If you don't, no one will pursue you because you are obviously not worth the time or expense of hunting you down like a skunk and throwing rocks at you.  That above statement makes about as much sense as yours does.  And you might want to run the spell and grammar check before you post next time.
