I feel so helpless. This sarah/obama tax message has been calling me for over a month and there is no end in sight. I get several calls a week. It is always from a different number but still the same recording. I set up the calls to go to vmail but they never use the same number. I record it on the do not call list but no one can find these people.

I would be in favor of changing the law to impose the death penalty to all telemarketers using robo calling. I think robo calling telemarketers that hide behind different numbers are the most despised human beings (use the term loosely) on the face of the planet. I would say, the military should give up on al Qaeda and go after telemarketers.

I called back a couple of days ago, and the calls stopped.

got the number 631 935 1261 on my cell phone. don't answer this number.

They phoned. The (631) are code was noticed. I was considering answering by the third ring, but they didn't ring past two. As most of these peculiar calls are, spam & scam with the listed results many have already mentioned.

While writing this, approximately 15 minutes from the last scam/spam call, this (701) number rang (the full 4 times). I didn't answer since the puzzle pieces fit.

All too many of us are unemployed or under employed, and what's happened in our (USA) society is that the thieves & con artists are out numbering the "targets".

Multiple calls from this number. Don't answer.

Called and left a message about the IRS and eliminating taxes. Very unclear and sound animated.

Call a call from this number. I picked it up and it was an automated message from "Sarah" about relieving my debt.  I hung up on it after a couple of seconds. Three hours later, I got a call from 207-512-5290 and it was the same exact automated message from "Sarah".

I have no debt in my name. If this wasn't a scam of some sort, then they wouldn't start with an automated message and they wouldn't call me from two completely different area codes.

Just got a call from them and just dead air. I called back (knowing its s scam...) and got kicked off to an automated answering machine saying that they are a debt reduction company...

Keeps calling then it is dead when I pick up. Cannot call back. Rings once then nothing

Did not answer. DID leave a voicemail. Did not listen in detail but it's some sort of of tax/debt relief scam, as usual.

We need laws against these silent calls. If there exists a number, there i a person to track. Why aren;t authorities arresting such people? They are annoying and disturb our lives. This stupid number just called me but silent. Why do they call if they need nothing?

Exactly w/ Robo Scammer.  Those are the two numbers showing up on my call log.

Download Mobile Manager and you can block calls for free.

That does not work. If you answer or call back the number it just validates that they have reached a viable number and they keep calling. I just ignore them.

None; BUT eats up my pre-pay minutes even when I do not answer.  I put my cell # on the national do not call listing, but I still keep getting these BS calls.

we are a equine buisness  and  these calls come in at around  1:30  AM  and it is very annoying...... when answered  its just dead air    same as  i would give to them if i could get a hold of them.....

Got a call from this number today with a female voice recording telling me about removing IRS backtax debt. I listened to the recording and called the number back and it asked me a 'pre-qualification' question that I apparently got wrong. It asked if I had more than $10,000 dollars in backtax debt. When I responded no a male recording told me I did not qualify for help and I was disconnected.

The voicemail was something about reducing or eliminating tax debt and encouraged me to press 1 over and over. I don't have any tax debt, some scam, I'm sure.

i got the call last week, I didn't answer.

This is a recording and it started out with a lady introducing herself as  Sherra or Sheila?.
The sound was a little garbled.She then proceeded to say she was calling about the back tax debt owed and said President Obamas plan.... That is when I hung up.
This is a credit union with no outstanding debt of any kind or we would not be open!!!!

Just got my second call.  Hit '0' and was disconnected.  Called back.  There is no way to get to a live personl or be removed from the list.  I filed a complaint with donotcall.gov.
