Received a call from this phone number, 1-631-940-8976.  Politely let the caller give his intro then advised him I am not interested and to remove our number from his call list.  He actually had the nerve to say "so you're that nice of a lady?" and hung up on me.  Way to grow a pair!  I could have just hung up but because I have a family member who was a telemarketer I try to at least greet them.  Not anymore!  Jerk.

Got a call at my work from Tim Phillips working for chem labs. VERY rude in inappropriate! Phone number was 631-940-8976. If I could call their company they would have issues!

Tim Phillips calling on behalf of Chem Labs doesn't seem to get the fact that we do not want their product nor that we want to be called again.   Four times I have requested to be removed from the calling list.  Still Mr Phillips insists on calling, one day he came on the call in a very unprofessional manner, after working 20+ yrs in Customer Service 15 of those in a call center, I know the expectations so let's just say I let him know that I did not appreciate his lack of professionalism.

I have had the same experience.  I manage an apartment building and the agent named Tim Phillips gets on the phone like he's a friend of my husband calling.  Evidently this arrogant person fails to realize we have caller Id and when see Chem Labs come up I know who it is.  This guy even tried to tell me he returned my husband's call.  I bit my tongue trying not to laugh because I know for a fact my husband didn't call him because he is in bed sick as a dog!  Of course I have told him to take us off his call list, and that I want to speak to his supervisor, every time he refuses, today he said only the "board" is above him so i told him to have them call me, he knows the number and hung up on him.

Constantly call to sell me crap I don't need. I asked more than four times to be removed from the call list but they still call. The guys that call are rude and forceful then hang up on you when the call doesn't go their way. look these guys up on the BBB web site, what a joke. I cant believe they are in business and the court has not shut them down for harassment. It has almost gotten to a humorous point when I see their number on caller ID wondering what crap their selling now and how long will it take for them to hang up on me.
