I received a call form the same guy on 21 April, I didn't answer and was left a message letting me know I was being sued. The caller Id says the call originated in De Soto, MO. He also referred to himself as David Myers, which I could tell was fake when he had to pause to read the name. I attempted to call it back and was told it was not in service.

Called this number 636-243-4168 and it's been disconnected!

Got this same call. Since I didn't recognize bit I declined it. After almost 10 calls in 5 minute period and got the same story.
As soon as I lied and  told him I was an FBI agent and all of my calls are recorded he hung up was never heard from again. The number suddenly became disconnected also.

David if this guy calls you again. Just tell them you have been reported to local Law Enforcement and Your Governor also works is FBI..Don't give him any info at all..We need to get these guys..

I just received a call from the same guy as well..This guy has called me before in the past using another name as well..They have nothing else to do with there lives..Dont let it bother you. Just call your Local Law Enforcement and FBI and file a complaint against this person if they ask for money don't give them any thing not a penny..They will put a stop to it..Besides they are not suppose to call your employer. If they do its called Harassment..Also contact your Governor of your state about this and let them know as well..Number was called from 636-243-4168..

They called me today and left a message with my boss saying it was an emergency.  Apparently they say I owe them money and I am being sued...  Yesterday  I applied for a loan online and this is where they got my info. The man's name was Brandon Bravo and he has a very thick Indian accent. I am sick of this people harassing people with no just cause. I am going to tell him to just come and get me.

Middle eastern accent man named austin something says theyre suing on my behalf. Keeps asking if some ss # is mine.

Got a call at work from 636-243-4168 and started harassing me. I started asking questions and they hung up. Then they called my cell number and they harassed me again. Reported it to the atterney general.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

He called my office first. I called back from my personal phone and they said they were from the office of Patrick and Anderson. I advised him that I looked up the number online and found it on scam reports. He then told me that if I felt it was a scam that's fine, but I'll be going to jail.

He called me with the same bull s*** as ever one else I told him to come get it gave him my address  he called my girl he knows where she works what she drives well he should know bout me cause gods not that good to send the Lil bi*** to my house what a joke

getting the same story and threats. isn't there something that can be done to stop this harrasement.

The number 636-243-4168 keeps calling me saying that I am being sued. He has a strong Indian accent, and won't give a case number, and sounds very rude.

Said he was calling from law office, that you can not understand., He wants to speak to my lawyer because I am being sued,. I asked for case number and he said he did not have it, Yet he was at the law office, I told him he was scamming me and not to call back.

Some dude with a very thick accent leaves a voice mail stating that I need to call him back and if I don't,  he said "All I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you" ... The best part? Mr. Middle Eastern heavy accents name was "John Anderson" LOL LOL LOL LOL.
