I just received a call from some woman with a thick, middle eastern accent claiming to be from Gartner Law Firm in MO.  She said I have a criminal case pending against me for pay day loans and in three hours, someone will be arresting me.  Of course, this is BS because I don't have any pay day loans and I have no cases pending against me for ANY reason.  I guess I asked her too many questions because she "transferred" me to some guy (clearly, I wasn't transferred, just put on mute.  I know this because, once the line when silent, I said "hello" and she immediately came back and said, "yes, I remain online with you").  The guy told me I'd be arrested in three hours.  Then he hung up.  I called them back.  Some woman answered the phone and said "Gartner Law Firm". I told her that I received a call from someone who said I was being arrested in three hours for pay day loans I never got.  She said the "investigation firm" has all the information on the original loan.  I asked her the name of the "investigation firm".  She hung up.  I called back several times only to get a busy signal.  So, I googled The Gartner Law Firm in MO.  A website came up and I gave them a call (the REAL Gartner Law Firm has a different number than the dummies who called me).  I spoke to a woman who says they are aware that someone is fraudulently using their law firm as a cover and they are pursuing legal means to stop it and they are putting together a lawsuit, but they can't figure out how they are getting people's information.  Don't let these frauds scare you.  They are horrible people and, once they realize they can't rattle you, they hang up.

Just got 2 calls from these b*****ds.  One at home and one on my work line.  Man with a Middle Eastern Accent saying I have a lawsuit against me, which I know is false.  Sent it to my brother-in-law who is an attorney.  Let's play bi****s!

Same thing just happened to me!!! Was so scary!!! I started crying explaining i never took out a loan and they stated I was going to be arrested within 3 hrs and that i commited bank fraud while screaming at me!!! I will be reporting them.

lady stated that I would be arrested . at my job with in 3 hours . so I called the sheriff . They stated that is was spam .

Called me twice and said that they were a Law Firm and that were going to have me arrested on a unpaid debt. The CPA makes it clear that they are a fake Law Firm

They have called 13 times today an 15 yesterday stop!!!
