Received a call from this number at my work.  I said hello this is ___.  The response was "ughh" then nothing else so I hung up.

i also got this same call from 636-390-2539 on 1/14/10 not sure how he even got a hold of my number

Same deal.  Has called my unlisted number several times now.  How do we stop this guy?

1:45PM pst - Received a call and as I didn't recognize the number let it go into voicemail.  It was a "Tim calling about our conversation last week in reducing my creditcard debt."  I never had this conversation as I don't have any creditcards.  I Googled the # and found this string of messages.  Tim has been very busy today.

Same call from this guy earlier this morning... Will look into reporting to the MO State Attorney General's Office for investigation.  Does not sound like a legitimate business.  Does anyone know the exact street location tied to the phone number 636-390-2539?  Someone mentioned on one site that it was a trucking business??

The guy says it will be his last "courtesy call" and he pretends to know that you are only paying the minimum on your credit card. He promises to lower your payments.  His voice is soothing but he is a snake in the grass telemarketer.  Don't fall for his claims, no matter how badly you are in debt. He will only make it worse, a lot worse.

let go to voicemail...same message as others, some kind of scam

I didnt want to answer the call.  When I did answer a guy said Hi, I said hello, but then he hung up.  I hate callers like this.... It's a waste of my time.  Next time I will block caller who I dont recongize

I got a call from this number (636 390 2539) as well right around 1:10pm. I have a Washington state number and this guy is calling from St. Louis?

The same thing happened to me, I answered it and said Hello, he said Hi and then the call disconnected. I didn't try and call back but I typed the number into google immediately and found this page. Thanks guys :) Gonna get on the do not call list right now.

Got a call this morning from "Tim Johnson"...I knew right away from my skin crawl reaction this was some sort of marketing gimmick.  I wish these jerks would stop calling and wasting my airtime.

Received a call from 636-390-2539 at 11:27 a.m. today.  I did not answer.

I also received the same call and voice message from "Tim" about lowering interest rate. I didn't pick up and a voice message was left on the phone.

got a call from him this morning too. didnt answer it. but i looked the number up on google and its for a trucking business in washington, mo, not a credit card.

I also got they exact same! Call dropped before the guy could get 2 words out... I called back & it said no longer in service or disconnected..

I received the call as well from 636-390-2539, at 3:00 pm eastern today...no one was there, and number not in service upon call back.

I only received the calls AFTER I installed an application on my Droid phone called "DROID Live", an internet radio application, with lots of ads.

I have had other applications on the Droid, but none of this crap!
I am wondering, does anyone else have this application on their phone, and could these bozo application developers be selling the numbers for advertising money.

yeah, I got call also from this dude at 1:10 today. He said "hi" then the call was disconnected. Very annoying as i am already on a "do not call" list

Great new folks, "Tim Johnson" called! I may just start maxing out my cards so I can get his incredible interest rate! Its close to being free money. Then I will take the money I earn normally that I would use to pay my cards monthly and put it in a low interest bearing savings account and pocket the difference!
