Here is yet another call from someone misrepresenting themselves as our credit card service provider.

CALLED BACK THE # ,THE PHONE PICKED UP,DID NOT RING ONCE, NO ONE EVER PICKED UP

Got a call from these people today and they tried to sound like they were our credit card company.  They said our discount rate had changed and they needed to send someone out to talk to us about it, but somehow they couldn't seem to find our account number.  I don't know if it's enough of a misrepresentation to call the BBB, but it certainly isn't good business and I would never give this company the time of day.
