"Alan" asks if I smoke (I don't) and tells me of a quit smoking site www.smoke00.com.  He uses my first name, and i've gotten SEVERAL of these messages from phone number (636) 730-0091.  My phone number is registered as a DO NOT CALL line, it's also a cell phone.   This is outrageous.

I got a text message from Frank telling me about the quirt smoking website. It was unsolicited. And they knew my name. How did this happen?

Junk text. A little scary that they used my name, though.

Junk text message to mobile:  "hey, [myname] not sure if you or anyone you know still smokes, but, www.[redacted].com, is giving away free ecig trials. - john"

Well, John, I never did smoke, but if I get another annoying message, call or text, like your's, I just might start.
