No it is not!! I have no AAA account and never have had. If you are dumb enough to give them your credit card info you better check with AAA if you have an account and see if they extended your membership - I'll bet they didn't. This person needs to be reported to your Attorney State General's office for identity theft, fraud and scamming.

dont feel stupid! It is the AAA renewal center.
Queen 2011-06-06 20:53:22 Unknown
When I called the number back a recording said it was the AAA renewal center. I do have AAA so I dont know if it is legit or not since it was a recording, which could be possible for an outbound call center.

This isn't a scam. They just called me a few minutes ago to renew (I do have a AAA account). I gave my information, something I don't typically do easily. The service rep on the line read my AAA account number to me over the phone to confirm they were real.

Got a call from 636-754-3150 and got the call back number 1866-821-2846. AAA asking for renewing my membership. I don't think it is a scam.

To all the people who say you have never had AAA have you considered that maybe they have a wrong number and you should just tell them that. The calls will stop if you say that. Also the name of the company is Client Services Soultions not to be mistaken with Client Services Incorporated. Two seperate companies. CSS is contracted with multiple AAA clubs all over the country. It is legit.

The # 636-754-3200 is NOT a AAA # nor an affiliate! I asked my cousin who works for AAA!!! It is a scam. They want you to renew....because people will give them a credit card # over the phone. If you really want to give out information then give them FAKE info to fit who they are...FAKE!!!!!

Definitely debt collectors, been receiving calls steady for a week as Unknown; I never answer Unknown calls. They just called with an unblocked number and finally left a voicemail, thing is it's meant for someone I don't know! Glad I checked this site before calling back to tell them it's the wrong person, seems like they have a hard time with accepting no for an answer.

Multiple calls from this number on my cell...Looking for Yolanda. Explain that they are calling a personal cell that belongs to me. Asked to give me number they have dialed but they refuse, and they begin to get hostile on the phone. Want me to tell them my name. I refuse. Tell them Yolanda has given them the wrong number, they keep calling. I recently blocked the call!

They called and left a message to call them back 'At my earliest convenience'
2 days later I called the 800 number they left in my VM.
They state my AAA membership expired on March 1st 2010 and were wondering why I didn't renew.
The problem is, I joined the local AAA on March 1st and have all reciepts and canceled checks to prove it.
The gal on the other end said I would not hear from them again.
Yeah, right. I'll believe that when Pigs fly. That's what the guy a month ago said and I'm getting calls again.
If this does not stop I will be marching right into the local AAA office and be speaking to them.

Client Services - Collection Company. DO NO TALK TO THEM or GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. YOu will be truly sorry
someone 2010-04-08 17:17:07 Unknown
So I called AAA itself, and they said they do indeed do phone-in renewals. I called the number back, and people picked up. They were able to pull up my information with just my last name, so it might actually be legit?
Me 2010-03-11 15:31:22 Unknown
Caller I.D shows AAA. Newsflash-it's a scam and I'm reporting it to the FTC. Not a member of AAA so why would they call to "renew" something that doesn't exist?
Haley 2010-03-10 01:58:36 Unknown
i just recd the same # 636-754-3200, she called me and asked my friend's name, i told her that i don't know the person, I thought that my friend uses my information, then i called my friend and confirmed that. i felt so sorry to my friend, so scared about it.
Steve 2010-03-09 23:55:04 Unknown
I don't have AAA and they've called twice today with no message. Sounds like a scam to me or bad information on their part.
Broke in FL 2010-03-09 14:15:45 Unknown
Parents called to say they got a call from AAA at number 636-754-3200. Message said it was a "reminder to renew my AAA services". I've never been a member of AAA. And I haven't lived at home in 25 years, so I have no need to use or give out my parents number. So how did they get it?
I'd call it a scam and report it as such.

Harassing debt collectors. Duh - unemployed trying to keep roof over my head! Why would I give my last unemployment check dollars to unsecured debt??? You Credit Card guys changed the rules, won't listen to reason, hide behind your bribed US Congress: go fry ice!

After reading some post. So everyone knows Client Services is a collection agency for Target National Bank credit card.
Dogbeat 2010-03-05 18:36:28 Unknown
Client Services bone collectors. I bark at them when they phone.
Zizi 2010-03-04 17:46:43 Unknown
Just rec'd a call from same #. She said the name of the company was
"Client Services." I questioned the name again, since that's not a name,
and she insisted it was called Client Services.
It does sound like a scam of some sort.....just like the # (410) 844-1212.
These people call you in the middle of the night - also a scam....

I just received a call from this number. It came up at AAA and my dad answered the call. They asked for me and when he asked who it was they just said their name was Jay. I've never belonged to AAA and I'm not sure why they were call me for a renewal. I did call the number back and received a greeting that stated "Thank you for call the AAA renewal center" then I just hung up.
Judy 2010-03-03 15:26:11 Unknown
I have recieved calls and ID says AAA but I do not belong and have never belonged.
SLP 2010-02-26 22:12:43 Unknown
DUH! I called AAA and it is a SCAM!
Our membership does not expire until May!
They said it had already expired in January.
IF you call the number, just becasue the Answering system says AAA Renewal Center, means nothing. I could make my own voice mail say the same thing!
not stupid 2010-02-18 22:16:01 Unknown
you're not stupid... its a renewal center for AAA... its an outside contractor working on their behalf
cg 2010-01-18 21:27:12 Unknown
definitely AAA...legit call re: expired memberships and renewals...i called AAA directly to confirm.
