We get the calls and just refuse to pick up the phone.  I also will b getting a small air horn and leave it by the phone.  I am hoping they have a head set on when they call.

No idea. I had that same number call yesterday. Since I did not know who it was I let it go to the answering machine and they hung up when it kicked in
