So, lets see which Florida non-compliant telemarketers are hiring the usually abusive, harassing, threatening, but most likely really stupid;

?L.I. (Lower Interest) Fronters?, AKA- live operator, or card service representative.
?L.I. qualifiers and closers? ?L.I. Rooms, L.I. Reps, L.I.F.A (financial advisor, debt coach?.  (Search in your area, they're hiding everywhere)

And they tend to disappear fast, so save screen shots now.

Notice the way they try to hide FACTS regarding potential ignoramuses, aka  ?employees?. Hired to aid and abet a credit card laundering operation, violating TCPA, TSR and the RICO Act-

Card Member Services.  THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING, SO... ?GET EVEN?.

When they call press (1) to be connected to ?LIVE OPERATOR?  (this will waste their time).
They will try and get as much personal information from you as they can ? GIVE THEM FAKE INFORMATION.   I usually tell them I have 2 or 3 credit cards with a balance of 7k to 15k and interest rates from 15% to 21%, using this method will keep them on the phone longer and you can waste more of their time.   At some point they will ask the name of the credit card, toll free customer service number and credit card number with exp. date (many times they will ask for the last 4-digits of your social security number) REMEMBER, DO NOT GIVE ?REAL? PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT TO THEM AS THEY STORE AND SAVE ALL INFO.

They are credit card laundering criminals that continue to violate TCPA, TSR and the RICO Act-
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act U.S.C. Title 18, Chapter 96 § 1962:

Sections 891-894 (relating to extortionate credit transactions), section 1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), section 1029 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with access devices),?

The company calls itself "Credit Card Services" and similar names. I have receive endless calls from about 10 numbers in Iowa, North Dakota, Colorado, Louisiana and other states, as well as Canada, all with the same credit card payment scam service. If you ever engage one of their live callers, they will hang up as soon as you start to tell them to put you on the "Do not call" list.

The company is trying to skirt the law by swarming people on their cell phones with calls from many different numbers, and not calling from the same number. If you do succeed in getting them to stop calling from one number, they will simply call from another number. A hole in federal law allows this.

I pretty much do the same thing.  Since Card Member Services leaves automated messages on my home and cell phones I now record the touch tone number (1) on my answering machine message to automatically connect me to a live operator, figured I will waste as much time of theirs as I can.

May as well systematically jack with these b*****ds.  Maybe consider it your patriotic duty to keep them on the line as long as possible so as to run interference for your fellow Americans and lessen the number of gullible folks who get scammed.

Rachel of Credit Card Services is the FTC's enemy number one; wow!  200,000 fricken complaints each month.  Imagine how much those cost to process.  They have scammed your fellow Americans out of $30 million dollars.  We can send a man to the moon, but we can't burn Rachel at the stake?!  Gimme a break!

So here's my drill for these CCS turkeys who typically call three times a week.  (Even going silent, never answering calls from numbers I don't recognize FOR FOUR MONTHS, didn't make them stop.)  So now I follow these steps:

1.  Play along, acting like an interested prospect giving them fictitious data, including a combination of two different credit card numbers.

2.  I am oh-so patient, even dutiful, as I respectfully repeat myself and make a point of speaking slowly and clearly since these scammers aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.

3.  Then, upon request, I give them my credit card company's real telephone number so that they can waste their time calling while I hold.  Inevitably they come back on the line and want to review the info I've given them.

4.  Sometimes I give them the same credit card info with two of the numbers transposed, thus causing them to call my credit card company yet a second time.

5.  Then I let 'em have it (and this is the FUN part).  When they say that my info didn't work, I respond, "Well maybe that's because H-O-O-O-O-O-N-N-N-K-K-K-K [from my air horn; and I've nearly exhausted three of those bad boys] you've been PRANKED!  So please call back tomorrow if you want more b***s***.  Eat s*** and die, you predatory human garbage!"

It is SO FUN to switch to my crazy-assed Mr. Hyde after so convincingly portraying Dr. Jekyll.  Incidentally, if you get really lucky you might even persuade them to give you a REAL number at which to call them back.  Then please post it here so that the rest of us harassees can call them ad naseum.

The iPhone 5c blocking feature could be useful but here is the problem --- these folks have a way of changing the phone number they appear to be calling from very frequently. As soon as I get one of their calls I block it on Verizon, otherwise they will make 2-3 more efforts. So blocking keeps me from getting two calls --- but then they just call from another number. It's quite infuriating. The FDC really should be able to track them down via the phone numbers/phone company but reporting the calls takes  time and nothing happens....

Yeah, threatening bodily harm is gonna get something done. Sigh.  It could just get you in trouble, when these scammers should be instead. REPORT it. Continue to report it. The FTC can only do something (and they are!) when people report these calls to them. They'll keep using new numbers, but the more on the run they go, the less people they can scam.

Also, educate your loved ones, especially your older relatives who may be more susceptible to these jerks. If no one falls for their scams, who CAN they scam?

My wife just talked me into getting the iPhone 5c with the iOS 7 installed. Discovered a very cool thing about that phone, you can block callers just by pushing the little "i" in a circle icon, scrolling down the screen and selecting "block this caller." According to what I've read, this is a true blocking service. If they try and call again, they'll get a few rings and then a busy signal. According to what I read, if you try to call someone and get that sequence it's almost a sure bet you've been blocked by whoever you're trying to call.

Here's a link to the article I found this information at: http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2013/09/iphone-call-block-faq/

Could solve a lot of problems for a lot of us.

Really good advice, to people that have the means to have caller id, but the card service scammers prey on the low income and the elderly, who in many instances cannot afford this luxury. These addicts use a robodialer, which dials numbers in a sequential order, until someone answers, and become their next potential victim. Word needs to be spread of these lowlifes, in order to avoid people being taken advantage of, only then will the annoying calls stop.

The call is long distance and they are calling my cell phone to boot. There is no way I am wasting my airtime on known scum. My time is too valuable to me to waste it by sinking to their level. As anoying as it may be to get such a call, I simply ignore it. I can't help the stupids who answer and get suckered into thier scam, no one can and perhaps that's the very lesson a stupid person needs in order to learn. Now if  EVERYONE grew a brain and did the same as me and ignored them, maybe only then will this sort of thing stop, but this involves everyone to be smart. I don't need to communicate to someone of whom I know is trying to scam me. Just walk away
