Achievecard message

I got a text yesterday tellin me to call that number but i just ignored it I didnt call it and i'm definately not going to

Grrrrr....typos!!  I should know better....that was 'number' not humber!!  And 'was' not wand   (dern auto complete!)

I received a text today with this humber attached saying there is a problem with my achieve card (which I do not have)  Curious, I called the number wand was told there was a problem with my debit card and then it got terribly garbled.  Next the message asked me to enter my 16 digit card number....uh no, I don't think so!!!  It supposedly came fron Cricket....

i recieved this number in a text from 3569 and the message states
"8435690000@sms.mycricket.com//ring: 6 4 6 2 2 4 0 8 9 0 there is a problem with your achrive card"
thats all
i called the first number and i get a voice mailbox for a board company i think hard to understand it
looked up the number and found a page for a company "http://www.findyourcompany.net/e/backyardboatkits+-29476-/775402"
called the second number and recording wanted my cc info.
i hope noone falls for this

I use Cricket too - definitely a scam. I have a blackberry - don't know how to block.

They sent a message to my cricket modem (sms). The phone number i was told to call was single spaced after each digit...which prevented any relevant search results from goggle when pasted it in the search box; finally figured out to manually type it in the search box which brought me here.

i got the same texts fist saying call to activate your card then one saying my card was being turned off then just got one saying please call. dont have any cards so its a scam and i would block the number and please dont give them any information its a scam.

I got the same text, but I also got one yesterday saying that they had to lock my card and then today they sent a text saying to call that number to give my card info to reactivate. They suck! I knew it was a scam the first day.

I'm here down in OK, and just received the Text message too. Kinda strange how it appears we are from all over the U.S., provided we probably all have different phone carriers, with the exception of a few, and none of us know why we've been contacted or our numbers randomly picked for a "Scam." Could just be mere coincidence/chance, but I'd suggest if you have a blocking capability on your phone, or if your service provider provides you with one, then use it and just forget these terds. P.S. I found this forum via typing in the number in google, so it will be only a matter of time until more people end up posting here and put out more info, or complaints, one or the other. I'm sure we'll get more info soon.

Scam to get customers for a over cost POS card

I got the same MSG and they asked me for my card number the exp date and my pin number. I gave the worng number of a card n the exp date n pin #. They are using this to take money out of the bank. Do not give them any inf.

I just got the same message texted to me!  I don't have an Achieve card??? What to do??

Sent the text and recieved text back mailer daemon no such user here So I pray they are not fraudulently using my cell  number

Getting texts sms from this company about reactivation called the company and they informed me they aren't the one sending it, someone is fraudulently using their name and sending them out It is a scam to get peoples info and to call so they can send a card that has a charge when you receive it.Icalled the number and a recording says it is a call banking and to reactivate press one thats it. I hung up and texted do not contact me again this is a private number and then texted as suggested and sent the word Stop
