The Company has not closed down, but it has changed its name and relocated to New York.

We also know that there is a private investigator tracking down the person in charge of these scams, he goes by 3 names:
Bernard Franklin
Alan Franklin
and David Green

His real name is Alon Friedman, his contact details and location changes on a weekly/monthly basis, which is why its so hard to track this scum bag down. I was called recently by this compnay called Golf and Club digest, who then changed their name to emoo inc when i called back, very suspicious and defenatly raised a red flag, I googled the compnay and this showed up, the person i was speaking to was Bernard he didnt want to give me his last name but im pretty sure it a fake name, Thank you for these notes or i would of been scamed. thanks!

I live in Boise, Idaho and also fell for this scam (just realizing!). I bought ad space for the GCdigest magazine when they were running under Elite Media USA - David Green, Roger Taylor, Stephanie Ruiz & Catherin Bakaloff. They mention Alan Friedman at  954-699-4898 to call with questions. I felt all was legit. Checked there website and example of their product. The Graphic designer went back and forth with me several times when designing my ad. I on't know what to do at this point, but will file the complaints required above. Has anyone been successful in getting their money back? Also does anyone know if the new company has been shut down?

I was contacted this afternoon by the company called Emoo inc or iMoo inc, im not sure excatly but i logged online and found a whole bunch of these reports about scams, thank you for providing this information

I am not sure who to believe anymore but I am just going to do my part. I was also contacted by Jeff patterson...and then later by Shawn McGuire and I have let my Mary Kay friends know not to trust this guy...but he is totally not working alone. I have heared atleast 5 different voices when I have been in contact with these people. So it is bigger than this one guy.

I am not worried about the money part anymore. It actually taught me a good lesson about being too trusting. I just dont want to see another person get in real money trouble because of this. I think he thinks of these amounts of money as small chump change but to some it is a lot of money! It was my whole advertising budget for the year...when you are a small self employed person your money really has to stretch. He is talented at being a smooth talker. He could have a successful LEGIT business.

The guy you are looking for is located in New York now and has moved his scam to New York, his name is Alon Friedman, he has been involved in many scams in the past from selling black market electronics, golf advertisements and even selling drugs. He has been arrested multiple time you can see the records online as arrest records a public just search "Alon Friedman kosher con man'. He has started a new company called eMoo inc in Brooklyn New York and has started contacting people in the tri state area using the same advertising scam, the reason he has not been stoped is because when banks and authorities call him he tells them that the services have been provided and unfortunately there is no way of proving otherwise, the only thing you can do to protect yourself if knowing who what what this scam is all about.

Please see the Facebook group above and post any information you can on there so we can warn people and hopefully stop this criminal before he cons thousands more people. His current location is confirmed @ 315 New York avenue apartment number 3A Brooklyn NY 11213. The contact number has changed for this company and as soon as i can verify it i will post it on this thread.

I was also scammed by this guy called Alon friedman and have filed a claim with the BBB, i also contacted the actual company called Elite Media USA, they told me there is currently a federal investigaion regarding this guy using ligitimate company names as a cover, but they did not know what the status was or provide me with a contact number to reach him, they did however give me a website that he opperates Currently http://leisurelifedigest.com/ thru which i got a contact number who gave me his current location in New York, 315 New York avenue, #3A Brooklyn NY

This doesn't help me much tho as im not going to New York to confront this guys nor send someone, but i can share is and hope that someone can assist in helping all of us, please post all info you have about this guy so we can stop other innocent victims falling for his scam.

As a follow-up, I just filed a complaint today with the Better Business Bureau. I searched for the business name "Emoo" in Florida, and they popped right up. The BBB has a policy to allow the business 30 days to respond so we'll see what happens.

I received a call from this company and placed an order for $800 for an exclusive full-page, color real estate ad in what was supposed to be a golf course directory. I placed the order on June 19. On July 9 I received an email with my "initial ad copy" attached and it was terrible. I could have created a better ad. I responded to "Brittany" with some changes I wanted her to make and haven't heard from anyone since. The number I have isn't working either - 855-366-6315. The email they sent with the invoice attached said they would have an ad ready in 30 days and since I have not seen one and don't expect I ever will, I contacted my credit card company to dispute it.

Me too! I was one of the many who was scammed!
Wanting my money back is just not a phone call away. The numbers 646-233-0933  & 855-366-6315 is dead silence just like the companies Emoo Inc. & Elite Media. The owner Alon Friedman's number 954-644-4898 is no longer in service. However one of the total losers was dumb enough to give me his cell#. that I put somewhere. I do remember that it's a South Florida area code.
As soon as I find this scum's #  I will post it until then google Alon Friedman kosher con man. Emoo Inc., Elite Media, and all of the above  phone numbers. They can run but can't hide!!!

This happened to me as well. Elite Media USA INC took $450 from me. When I called back the first few times I was able to contact someone named Jeffery Patterson. The women who initially sold me on the deal sounded very legit. They promoised me that if I did not make up my money in sales (I sell Scentsy products) that I would be refunded teh full amount. I was asked to upgrade to a full page add at at supposed 50% discount. I spoke to the initial woman and then only to Jeffrey Patterson. After the initial few calls, the phone numbers I had been given all went to an automated voice telling me to press 1 for this and 2 for that - but any option you choose, it went to outer space - nobody answered - not even a voice mail - just silence. These people are really good...I mean they sound seriously legit. My bank is investigating them and is refunding me the full amount. These people are such losers - stealing people's hard earned money like this. Can't these peopl eget real jobs? I mean what kind of scum would take a job knowing that they were participants in such a bogus scam? just losers... total losers.
