They also use 646-561-8002 they call and don't answer probably an auto-dialer and even if they answered you probably couldn't understand them anyhow.

It is a mobile from Cingular Wireless company.

I've had two calls from these people. No one says anything and then they hang up. the only thing I can think of is that I got a new cell phone number last summer.

It is Chase bank (collectors) don't they realize calling like 10 times a day everyday costs them more than collecting my 100 bucks. Whatever.

Who do they collect for? They call sometimes and don't say anything. Then a time or two they asked for someone by name and hung up! Weirdos!

Pinnacle financial group. Bloodsuckers. They also harass from 2182934079, 4063565407, 2402582033, 2702004041, and this number. I'd block the number and report them to the attorney general. I know that's what I'm doing tomorrow morning.
