These people are ridiculous. My payment was due on 6/10. They call every day.. several times a day.. even when I do not have a payment due. they tried to charge me a late fee of 35$ for this account today. It was only for days late. Then the non-english speaking person I was on the phone with told me it was 25$ and the information on line was inaccurate. Excuse me... why do they have an online service if its inaccurate??? I told them if it continued, I would call the FTC!

Hey dude, if you can try to answer on call it is very illegal fire them to call more than 10 times a day. Just turn them into the FTC

These people are very annoying just keep calling all day long even when you let them know that the person dosen't leave there and give them the last number you have for the person. I had to get really nasty today.

why is it that when you tell these people that the person that they are looking for is not available, they call back a couple hours later? freakin a$$holes....

Calls us numerous times throughout the day trying to setup a payment for a credit card from another company. Whoever the guy was, I couldn't understand him and he kept trying to get credit, debit, and/or checking acct #'s from us.  I just let it go to voicemail when they call now, still don't know why they're calling but I wish they would stop.

They continue to call over and over again.  It's harrassment as far as I am concerned, they deserve to have it stuck to them.  Don't care why they are calling, if it's of any kind of importance then a message should be left.  When our phone rings, we all look at the caller ID each time.  It's sad that we have to consider changing our number that we have had for 6+ years because of this.

They have called me 8 times since Monday.  They have even texted me a few times.  They ask for some woman (whom I've never met).  I've explained a few times that they have the wrong number.  I have never had any dealings with this bank, yet they persist in calling.  This would be an excellent class action lawsuit due to the extreme number of people they are harassing.

I have told this number to stop calling me.  twice and I still keep getting phone calls SEVERAL times a day.

They are calling a workplace of mine for someone that is not me. And I have to say to "HBKERI"s POST that it is sad when you have to change phone numbers because of people like this. You see, now the companies have computers that call you and whenever there is a pickup it is transferred to someone there at their company. So they don't waste employee's time dialing numbers. It is like they set a computer up to harass the hell out of you. At one time in my life, I had to change my home number which I had for so long and easy to remember (8200) to another number because of s**t like this.

They are calling my number, and I have told them several times that this in not the person's phone number that they are looking for--do not call again!!  They still keep calling. How do I report them??

Yes, I am late on a payment and if I had the money, I would have already sent it. I have received about 200 calls at work and home from them over the last 3 weeks. I just ignore the number but it is annoying to get calls all day long every day including the weekends. When I arrive at work on Monday's, there are about 30 missed calls on my work phone.

Credit One Bank LOL  I told them to allow me to put them on hold while I wait for BAIL OUT MONEY from the FED. Govt.

The calls start at 8am and continue until 10 or 11pm even on Sundays and holidays, i've talked to somebody who was extremely rude and aggressive and not 2 hours later somebody else calls about the same thing.Not to mention my son whos only 12 answered the phone once when they called and they were yelling at him and being very rude,he's only 12 and was freaked out.

Foranyone who cares these people use to be known as "First National Bank Of Marin" but was sued so many times and investigated by the government and FBI that they were forced out of business because they had to pay back money to their customers that they charged them illegally, but they thought by changing their name that they would be in the clear....not anymore.Im contacting my attorney general, as well as the FBI and the Attorney Genereal in Credit One's home state.

I have been getting calls from this number for about 5 weeks now at all hours of the day. I have referred the caller to my mother who is an attorney--now they started calling her at all hours as well yet refusing to speak to her and still INSISTING to speak to me. I have no dealings with this bank, the man refuses to state his business, operator ID number etc. It obvious he is from India. I strongly advise all of you to not relay any banking information to this individual and to contact the consumer protection division of your attorney generals office at your state. Also, contact the Federal Trade Commission.

His calls could be a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which allows $1000 fine against the debt collector. (Assuming this is what they're claiming, if they're just calling then they could be sued for numerous torts and a police report could be filed).

Finally some phone companies such as Verizon have an annoyance call bureau and may allow you to file a report and block one number rather than change yours. Also, some land line companies also have selective call blocking as a feature as well.

If it's a valid debt they still have to comply with the law, however from what I've gathered I don't believe this caller from this # is legitimate. I have gathered a list of times and days this number has called. Our local phone company (Comcast) gives their customers numbers a list on their of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls to their residence. This is one of the greater downfall of living in the age of technology...

I don't who they are; no Caller ID info just the number. They never leave a voice mail and call about 2-3x per day.

I just received the 10th call from this # today.  I was trying to talk but there is something wrong with my phone.  I was talking but the guy kept saying "I know you are there, why don't you say something stupid."

Yes, it is Credit one Bank; however, that is not the only number they call from.  When this number comes up, it is a cell phone number that is based out of New York, for the most part.  THAT WAS THE AREA CODE OF MY PHONE WHEN  I LIVED IN NEW YORK SIX YEARS AGO AND THAT IS THE AREA CODE OF MY SISTERS AND NIECES WHO LIVE IN NEW YORK.  THAT IS WHY I PICKED UP THE CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMEONE IN MY AMILY.
It is not a desk phone.  BUT IT IS CREDIT ONE BANK.  I SPOKE TO THE PEOPLE
