Rec'd call from this #.  Left no message.  Called the number back and it just rang. No one answered.
This is very, very annoying.

Caller ID just says New York.  No message left.
Research said that it is a land-line from from Cellco Partnership Dba Verizon Wire in Mineola, N.Y.?
