I just got a call from the same company wanting to buy our timeshare for double what i had it up for sale for. I am very skeptical cause they want 1500 dollars up front

We had a call from this phone # saying they had a buyer for our timeshare. They sent by e-mail a so call contract, that had a fee at the end for us to sign. It just didn't feel or sound right. Does anyone have any info on these people? They also say they are in good standings with the BBB. Thank You

Soliciting timeshare resales, and gave the following website which actually matched the incoming caller ID shown on my phone:
http://www.directtimesharesales.net/?page_id=40
Also found this other mostly broken website for the same address:
http://directtimeshareinc.com/Contactus/Contact%20Us.htm
But that address is apparently a post office location:
http://usps.whitepages.com/service/post_office/port-authority-convenience-625-8th-ave-ste-104a-new-york-ny-1442381
BBB doesn't have any matches for the company, address, phone number, or website.
So unclear if this is legit or not...
