rebo called my business numbers 18 times from 4:00pm to 4:30pm

This telemarketer is a frequent caller- this time he gives his name as "Don" and insists that he "will hold while I go get him" after I explained that the owner was not in the office.  Always hangs up; but more importantly, I have to hang-up or put our customers on-hold with this companies interruptions.  Can anyone Please put a stop to this....

this number calls my office 6 or more times a day.  When told I am out of office, they insist that they go get me and put me on the phone NOW!!  When told again I am out of office they respond with blah blah blah, liar go get her NOW!!! When asked to if they would like to leave a message "I don't do messages" and hangs up only to call again.  What is up with this??? Don't know who it is or why they are calling.  Then they wonder why no one wants to talk to them???

Called n asked for my boss. I asked if I could help and he told me just to put him on he would know who he was. He want to tell me anything. I told him my boss was unavailable and not here. He said that I was lying and unavailable and not there are two different things then he hung up on me. Rude Jerk

I just got a sales call from 646-351-1558. This is a collection agency. They may use differing numbers for collection calls as opposed to sales calls.

I have a company calling me attempting to harass me. They somehow managed to get my information off of the internet somewhere and at first were calling my cell phone. Today they tried calling three times and left messages for me and they refused to leave a voice mail for me. Upon returning to my desk I called the number Annette sent me and was greeted by a foreign person saying they are LLC Lawsuit Office and I am being sued by a company and that I need to give them my personal information. They refuse to answer anything when you ask them where they are and who is suing me. And then proceeded to yell at me that I will be arrested by the police in my state. When I asked “So what state am I in?” The guy hung up.

The number they called from is 646-351-1283.

Hey...... these people calling from INDIA, CHINA and other countries. where many many call centers are running for getting money from USA and UK citizens... ITS ALL SCAM... for running there business.

How it runs..........(for debt collection)

(A.) some people tries to get loan online on fack sites but could not succeed and their personal detail reached to site owners. which is sold by them to call centers at $4 to $6 / Person detail.

(B.) Some people really took loans and could not paid it back. so your information is provided to that call centers.

SO what actually they (Call Centers) do...

1. First they get all your detail from banks and some crooks. include: your name, social security number, address, employment detail, 2 refrences and a detail of any lumsum amount between 100$ to 300$.

2. they have USA UK number for their own (only for displaying).. they calls through various softwares (like: icall) by using headphones.

3. They makes a write up for leaving msg. like:-
"this message is intended for Mr. john.  john the very second you receive this msg i need you or your retained attorney to call me back. the issue at hand is extremely time sensetive. my name is ..........., and i am calling from financial accountability association, my call back no. is 123456789, i am repeating this for you john 123456789, john don't disregard this msg and call me on my number back. if i don't get any call from you or from your attorney........ wish you good luck,
take care"

4. If you pick up phones... they threatens you by saying... that federal govt is falling lawsuit against you and your social security number. and try to remembrazed you that you took a pay day loan and never paid it back...They knows that you people living on loans itself, so it is very easy to threaten you that such company falling lawsuit against you for your unpaid loan( which actually not that loan which you took before) They usually ask for the amount more than they get in their list like.... near by 1245$ or according to clients voice (afraid or nervous)

5. they can tell u that they have sent u various mails to inform you but u never replied.

how to avoid them...

1. Say that you have an attorney. ( they can ask bankruptcy or criminal attorney) if u tell criminal they will say it won't work and ask for bankruptcy attorney. if you say bankruptcy they will say it won't work and ask for criminal attorney. give any number by saying "call to my attorney" they won't call.
2. Say that u know : Its ALL SCAM .......... they will hung up.
3. say that that is not my social security number... they will never call.
4. Ask for date of the loan taken...... they can't help you or can give u any fack date.( by which u can come to know about scam)

Very rude person.  They called and asked for the president of my company.  I said he wasn't available and I asked who he was.  He said over and over again that he was Charlie the pony.  Wouldn't stop with it.  So i hung up.  I called back to see what company it was and when they answered i couldn't get the name... didn't pronounce it very well.   So then she transfered me to the supervisor.  His name was Charlie... what a surprise.  Very rude.  Told me to stop barking at him and so on.  Sad that people have time to do this stuff but whatever. Sorry it anyone else has to deal with them.

Received over 50 calls from this number. IVR will play "message" and disconnect the call

I wish these scamers would just get a job. They will never get a thing from our ceo and yet they still waste everyones time. Wish we could call them at night and try to sell them stuff on there cell phone.

Called several times won't leave a message-definitely a telemarketing call.

This fellow called & asked to speak to Ken.  Hung up on me when I asked what it was in reference to.  Let's keep screening....

i think this is a fraudulent number, i work as a receptionist for a pipe business and he had called asking for the president and proceeded to laugh in my face and hang up when i told him he wasn't available.

Just got a call from this number, caller identified himself as "Chris with Carsons" and asked for our owner by name. When he was told the owner was unavailable he became rude and said we needed to tell him to take his number off our calling list. Hellooooooo, I think it's the other way around, we don't make sales calls.

The calls are one or two times a day and they are VERY RUDE, will even say comments ( Does he ever work ) about the CEO of company. When they call I ask for name number and phn, knowing they will hang up on me when I do not change my direction ** NAME NUMBER**

Identified themselves as "Don". Acts like they know the CEO. Very Rude! Never leaves a message. Acts like he's a long time friend, but when I tell him he isn't in, he becomes irate and hangs up. My CEO told me to tell him to "Kiss Off" if he calls again. We suspect that this is a stock brokerage with a list of Presidents & CEOs trying to get them to invest. Please tell your office not to answer any ?s or give this guy the time of day!

Rude. Calls, I tell him who he's looking for is not available, says he'll leave message but won't. I called back, he answered phone "yo" or something to that effect. I confronted him about it and he denied ever calling, though I recognized his voice. I recommend calling back and giving them hell. They won't stand up for themselves.

Told caller "he" was not in and that we do not take sales calls...He lied and said that he was RETURNING a call which I know is not true! Our front office is small, we work closely and know what types of calls to expect! He is rude and expects that I am stupid! I had to hang up on him.
