Received call from 646-352-9798, and when I went to answer the call, the party hung up. I called the number back and got a male voice saying "There's no Routing" and had a lot of background noise, It was if they were pretending to be a recording of some sort. I believe this number belongs to a collection agency and they are fishing for when people are home so they know what time to call folks. I have no idea why they called me.Caller ID: 646-352-9798
