I keep getting calls and they won't leave their name or the reason they are calling.

This number called my cell. I asked her to put me on the do not call list and she took my information. She said that she was going to put my number on the do not call list. Than she started going on about some CITI credit card. I hung up. Isn't there a reason I put her on my do not call list. I don't want them trying to sell things to me. I'm sure the FCC would like to hear about her.

Leave a message and someone might call you back.... that is if it is important.

Hate recieving this call...they call won't talk.  Don't know why they are calling.  Calling every day.  Won't leave any message.

I have been getting the samething...EVERYDAY, around the sametime...nonstop
how do  I make it stop?!

I called the nubmer...i get the smartass on the phone...told me that he works for a website that connect phone calls...he gave me a list of names that were listed under the number...I told him that i don't know any of them and he just said that there was nothing he could do... all he does is connect calls...
I jsut told him to stop connecting this number to my phone...

Receiving at least 2-3 phone calls a day from this company over the past 6 weeks. Never say who they are, never leave a message, only ask with an accent 'hello...' 'hello...?' and at some point hang up. Want to block them as they are raking up my minutes.

I have received many over the last couple of weeks.  Thinking it was a relative who has a cell that says New York in the caller I D I called them back thinking it was my relative.  Some foreign speaking "person: asked if I was K-------WJ-------------  He asked if my last four of my social were ---- which they were not and then I asked him to spell my first name bacause I have a different spelling and he spelled it wrong and my middle initial is not W.  He had the wrong name listed for my tele. no.  When I first called the "person" said, in a very deep accent, the name of what sounded like a business.  The "person" would not answer any of my questions concerning why I was being called. THe last thing I was told was that my number would be removed for the call list and the "person" hung up.   Do I need to be concerned?????

No response when I answer phone. 2-3 calls a day.I would like to be on the other end when they call me. I would put a whole new meaning to "reverse calling"

The non-English-speaking person I got when I called back would not talk to me unless I told her my SS number!  Yeah, right.  I said my name (not a particularly common name) and she said she could not identify me from that because she had "many people named ..... "  Refused to give a mailing address!  This doesn't sound legit to me.  I am sending a letter to the address I found here: 111 North Belcher Road, Suite 201, Clearwater, Florida 33765

I got a  call today... some foreign man... telling me I owe money for a credit card that I had. I asked them to fax me over proof that I have the legitimate debt and gave him a fax number. He said he would send it over right away - then he offered me a settlement. I told him No, Not until I see the proof. Then I proceeded to tell him NOT to call me at work ever again. Then I hung up.
These people are scam artists... who wants to bet I never get that fax !!!

Got a couple calls from 646-352-9993 and finally called back to see who it was. They said they were "Full Circle Financial Services", and each person I spoke with had thick accents. They told me they were trying to collect a debt. I disputed the charge and asked them to verify the debt in writing with something that included my signature. They told me they didn't have access to this information (which is CRAP if you were dealing with a legit collection agency). I told them I wanted their physical mailing address, but they would only give me a fax number to fax my dispute too. I called back *67 to block my number, and they answered the phone saying "Hello?". What kind of business answers the phone with "Hello?". That tipped me off. I asked for the address again and they wouldn't give it to me. Called again and the lady gave me an address for Brooklyn, NY but the zip code and city were Clearwater, FL. I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission. Please file a report with the FTC so we can shut these scam artists down!!!!

Since, January 2009, this caller has been calling my Louisiana home phone number and leaving their business name "Full Circle Financial Services" and their phone number from 1108 Rutland Road, Brooklyn, New York 11212 (i.e. 1-646-352-9991) on my phone with a crazy reference number. Sveral times the caller would hold the phone and hange up and my voicemail recorded call. This business name and telepone number has been added to my Nationwide "Do Not Call List."

Gotten a call from a 646-383-1472 number every day for a few weeks now.  Finnaly got someone on the line today, it was obvious that it was a scam really fast.  they wanted to collect on an account with U.S.West opened in 1996.  the only thing that scares me is that they have my full social, and address to my P.O. Box.  Googled the number and got the same NY adress.  Any suggestions?

WE get calls on our machine asking for a similar name in the household but not the actual name and demanding us to call back. It's very hard to understand what they are saying because their accents are strong and they speak so fast but I finally determined it is Full Circle Financial Services calling with a caller ID of Saskatchewan TE. WE didn't call back because it seemed odd to me that if it was really legite, they would speak slower so you could gather the info to call back..I can see by googling this company that they are likely full of it.

This number has called me randomly for the past two weeks. At different times and not everyday. I'm not going to answer, but seriously how does a New York phone number get a Florida CELL phone number. I wish they would stop calling.

I too have been getting calls from a number 646-383-1477, claims I owe a credit card I had back in 2000 that I didn't pay. I asked for identity of which he declined to give me. I told them told them to stop calling and hung up. Caller ID number I noted above I called back and asked for the physical address to send them a copy of my complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and that's when things got nasty. This is some kind of fraud scam of which people need to contact FTC and file complaints.  They have the authority to shut them down! File a formal complaint, they will have no choice but to leave you alone when the feds catch up with them!

Received calls from 646-352-9991 and they never left a message.  I finally called the number back and was told it was "Vic" from Full Circle Financial Services.  Claimed I owned money from a credit card from 2005.  I called the credit card company and that account was closed.  When I called the number back and asked for Vic's extension, I was told the manager was not in and was talking to Wendall.  Both men have a thick accent.  I was told they sent me a letter back in August and I did not respond and they were now offering me a reduced amount to pay off the debt.  I asked for something in writing and was sent a fax.  I have done more checking and found this website.  I am not paying them anything.

Have been getting harrassed from this #, as well as 9999 and 9801, for a couple of months now. Tried blocking #s on my phone, but they somehow get around it (?) I never answer. They leave automated message stating they are Capital Mgmt, and a are looking for[a women's name]regarding debt collection, and if I am not that person, to disregard. Receive on average 2 calls/day, usually around dinner time. EXTREMELY ANNOYING! This is the 3rd report I've submitted on this site.

That Freaked Me Out !

Just recently in past couple days been getting calls from this number.  I answered today and my real name can be used as a guy or a girl if formalized and they asked for the formalized female version of it today. No way they know who the hell they are seeking.  this is a phishing expedition and if I had more time I'd f*%# with them.  I hate these a-holes.

I finally got sick of the calls and called them back.  This is a collection company.  They are extremely hateful.  He began, right off the bat, bad-mouthing me.  Telling me I was running from my debt and calling me names.. yada, yada, yada.  When I asked him why it was necessary to call me at all hours of the morning and at night he wouldn't answer.  When I asked him why, when the call would be picked up, no one would be on the other end.  Again, no answer.  So, now that I knew he wouldn't answer the simple questions I started on the harder ones.  What proof does he have that I owed this debt.  Send me that information.  Give me the number to contact the company so that I can confirm it myself. He claimed they sent mail (never got any).  Told him to stop calling so he told me to submit it in writing to which I said send me the information in mail.  He wouldn't respond.  At one point he did tell me to stop interrupting me and I told him that when he stopped interrupting me, I would do the same.  He even tried interrupting THEN!  When I wouldn't back down on the wanting of information he hung up.  We'll see if they call back.

Oh, I do know why they aren't always on the line when the call is answered.  They run a program that will send out calls to a ton of numbers, up to 100 at a time and the first one who answers is connected to the call.  The rest get deadline and it cycles from there.  So you could get several a day or one every couple of days, depending on how big their database is.

Good luck with this company!  My advise is to get the name of the company who hired them and contact them yourself to see if you can deal with them.  Tell them just how terrible these people are.  My debt with the original company was paid several years ago while still in good standing with a payoff of the full balance.

Make that 7 times. The first time they called was over a month ago. I called them back. It played 27 seconds worth of elevator music. Also, as I mentioned in another number comment, the message instructed me to call 866-608-5896. If you have time, look at my 866-608-5896 comment. Could these numbers be related somehow?

This number has called me 6 times and left a message each time. The person said that they are "Monica" Full Circle Financial Services.

Who is this that keeps calling me on my cell and never leaves a message.  I have no idea who they are or what they want. I just wish they would stop calling me.  Any ideas on how to get them to stop?
