if anyone has any dealings with vincent Armas in NYC I suggest that you file a copmplaint with the NYC Police Department. He is and has scammed many many people in the past and present. The more victims that file a complaint against him, the more  cahnace he will go to jail for a long time. What is required is Proof of the scam I.E. paper work, emails. phone conversations. THese items are required to make a case against him . Please don't delay in this Thank you.

His name is VINCENT ARMAS. Obviously he will meet you with some other name (EDWARD for ex.) and show you an apt. After you like the apt, he will make you sign the lease and ask for bank checks or cashiers check... The leases are fake and he is a big scammer...

Just filed a Police complaint today with proof of fraud and his picture. I also have a friend in media who will get that photo out in newspaper incase anyone has info on him.. shouldn't take long to catch him...
