how do we stop this scam?

it is now "do you want a cash advance"...

I call the number frequently now.  If only there was a way to set up a sting.

I keep getting calls very 3 -4 days from an automatic voice asking if I want money for capital from 2nd Source Funding.  I have spoken to 5 people saying no and that I just want to be off the list.  Today, I spoke with Jay Keller by calling to him.  He said he will take me off the list. I don't know how to get this company to stop the calls.

I have been receiving SPAM just as you guys have.  In an effort to get a phone number to a live person, I told them I wanted a loan.  I am soon to blow up their phones by unleashing my 35 employees calling them if they do not take us off their email list.  If you care to call the number is 877-700-7947 ext 1203 (Jay Keller)  Or, you can email @ jaykeller@2ndsourcefunding.com

We tried to find out who was sending out mass emails using our charity's email address -- all "bad" email bounced back to us, and on many occasions, we had 100's in our spam catcher.  They say "don't respond to this email" (because it's not theirs), but we can't make them STOP using ours!  I called the number (since they show no email address on their own website), and have been getting calls from Gilbert to allow me to borrow money (it's not a "loan", according to their terms...something like an advance on future sales).

At any rate...when I called the bank that he said they were associated with, the bank said they've been getting a lot of calls -- and they are NOT associated with them.  Pets For the Elderly Foundation, whose email they're abusing, also has nothing to do with them.  I have no idea what to do to get them to stop using our email address...it's really giving us a bad name!

I received an automated call from the number 1-646-375-0453. We've been receiving them about once a day for who knows how long. I dialed '0' when the message was playing and the automated help menu was given to me. If you press '1' while the message is playing you will be directed to an operator. Upon getting to the operator I automatically requested "Please remove us from your automated calling list", and the lady answered "Sure thing *click*" as she hung up on me. Since i had the caller ID i called back the number to receive a gentlemen who answered with "Second Funding." I then asked to be removed from the calling list and was instantly greeted with a hang up. I called back about five more times to get the same answering guy each time. On about the sixth call i said "I think we're even now *click*" and hung up on him. I figure i'd waste his time as much as they wasted mine.

Recorded message, "2nd Source Funding" keeps calling me after I have twice told them to
remove my number from their call list. Recorded message says
"2nd Source Funding" ,the person I talked to said name of
company was "Business Funding". Gave me a mailing address of 150 Broadway, NYC. I smell scam.

"2nd Source Funding" has been calling me. Told them to stop several times. Is this the company calling: http://www.2ndsourcefunding.com/ and  http://www.2ndsourcefunding.net/? Want to make sure before I contact them using their toll free numbers.
