Have you bought anything online from a pharmacy? I believe they are telemarketeers for different venues, for me, they tried selling me medicine. I told them NEVER call me again, I would never buy from them, that just made it worse, they then called five times in a row. I am helpless to know how to stop it. Being chronically ill, makes it worse. Forget "do not call" it does not help. Best is not to answer.

Same as above, when answered nobody there and nothing on voice mail when not answered.

I just recieved to calls from the same number....i am investigating the matter as i am a private investigator.

I just got a call from this number. However, unlike those situations stated above, a person spoke after I answered.  They claimed to be from National Loan Center. After I said that I am not interested in consolidating or anything you are selling, she continued on by saying, "I did not mention anything about consolidating". Then said, "Let me ask you something, Do you have life insurance?"...unbelievable...

calling frequently, but don't say anything when phone is answered.  voice mails are the same....complete silence.  when I called the number back there was no answer, no voice mail, only ringing.

I just switched cell phone numbers. Every day, I get a call ftom 646-383-1453. I never answer. Then, I used a landline to call back. No one answered. I think they just want to know if this is a working number. A lot of times, people sell working numbers to other companies and telemarketers. I would say just ignore it, and don't pick up if you can see the caller id. I'm going to call my cell phone provider and see if there's anything that can be done about this. I live in California, and I don't even know where 646 is. NY?

So, looked up "Delta Three" and got the corporate number of 212-500-4850.  I called and explained to the woman that this man is calling me from the 646 number and hanging up on me, and that he is calling a place of business and it needs to stop immediately.  She advised me that she would look into it and get back to me as there are some companies using this number and the caller id indicates "Delta Three" when it really is not.  FYI, people getting calls from the 646 number may want to call the 212 number above.

Call me at work daily, person identifies himself as "Marc Anthony", barely speaks English and asks me if I have unpaid debt.  When I ask where he got my work number he immediately hangs up.

Unwanted calls to my cell phone from 646-383 1460, 62, 50, etc.  The arecode, exchange, and first 2 digits are always the same, the last 2 digits change with each call.  No voice if I answer the call; no answer if I return the call.  This has al the earmarks of a computerized call program designed to ferret out real numbers so a telemarketer will have a refined list.
