I get a call once a week with no message left behind!

I just received my first call from this number.  If you are reading this email, you are one we are work on now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is Full Circle Financial. Looking for someone we never heard of. Definitely India calling.

They have been calling here on a daily basis and not leaving a message. I was finally able to get to the phone to answer today and they asked for someone that doesn't live here.

We moved recently so it's a new number for us, but the name he asked for is completely different from all the other wrong number calls we've been getting so I doubt the person he asked for was at this number before us either.

I have been receiving about2 calls per day from them, 5 days a week even on saturdays! Do the math...... My credit report is clean and I  do not owe anything to any credit card company. The that lived here (moved)

2nd call came in Saturday 3-22-09.  Foreign speaker says he's from Full Circle Financial Services and is collecting on my over due cell phone account.  Tells me I'm $900.00 behind, how am I going to make good on this account right now.  I check with my cell company, I'm current, not behind.

IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

I have been receiving calls from Navigata which I don't answer. They leave no message, however the number on my caller ID is 516-765-2339. When I try to call that number, they never answer. I researched the internet for Navigata and found only one company. It is a communications, probably legitimate, company in Canada. They seem to have several locations. I called the headquarters office and spoke to someone. It seems they 'lease equipment' to their clients. I asked if when those clients used their phone lines, would the caller ID show Navigata. She said yes.  I explained what was happening and she says complaints should be e-mailed to:  fraud@navigata.CA. Hope this might help. I sent mine.

They call every day, numerous times a day, and never leave a message on my system.I also do not answer call I don.t recognize. I finally answered this joke call, and immediately got into an argument with this male who had a distintive Indian accent. I told him to not call again, if he could not leave a message. He said "that's not the way they do it" Never did find out what he wanted, and now I do not care either! I ended up telling him that if he had a legal issue with me or my family to come to our county of residence and sue in small claims court. Hung up then, and have not heard from since. What a joke!

I receive about 3 calls a day from them to my cell. I don't answer anything I don't recognize. I'll sometimes get a voice mail that is an automated recording asking me to stay on the line... that means they are using an autodialer which I hear is illegal...anyone have ideas about going after these guys?

I have been receiving calls from this number for a couple of weeks. I never answered because I don't answer calls that are coming from #'s I don't recognize. I decided to answer, and this lady with an Indian accent said that my husband had an outstanding balance of $3000. I asked for the company name and she said it was Capital Management. I ask her when was the last payment she received from us (just asked because it sounded fishy)she didn't answer she just kept asking how was I going to pay for this. I told her that I wouldn't answer that until she told me when was the last payment they received. She just hung up. I kept trying to call back but only got a busy signal. I haven't received a call back from them since.

This number has been calling my cell phone for the past couple of weeks.  I don't answer, and they don't leave a message.

Probably not coincidentally, Capital Management has been leaving a message on my cell, trying to reach a woman by another name.  They obviously have the wrong phone number.  I imagine the calls are related.

Like MLM said on 24-Sept-2007, I receive numerous phone calls from this number, but since I don't answer any phone calls that come from numbers and/or people that I don't recognize, I have no idea who this is...  they call about 4 times a week for the last 3 weeks...

Phone number: (646)383-1474 calls 4+ times a day and when I answer there's dead air. I've had it.

Receive about 10 calls per week from them. Don't know who or why they keep calling, because I never answer unless I know who it is.

We get phone calls from 646-383-1474. Started about 4 weeks ago. When the phone rings, there is no one on the phone. Caller ID states 'Navigata'. Today I called them back. They claim to be a collection agency calling about a $ 289 debt for a student loan which my husband allegedly had 16 years ago!!!
They got verbally aggressive so my husband told them to go and screw themselves. The number shows that they are sitting in NY but we talked to 3 different people which clearly had an Indian accent.

There is nothing on our credit history which we told them. When my husband asked about our adress they could not even name an adress but a PO Box which we never had.

Sounds like a lot of BS to us!!

Got three calls in one week. When I answered the phone, no one answered. I called them back and it is a company called Capital Management Services Financial. I talked to Calvin and when I told him to quit calling me got really angry and kept asking if I was or worked with Anderson Walls II. I told him I didn't know who that was. He then asked me for my name which I refused to give to hime. He then told me he couldn't take my number off the list if I didn't tell him my name.

I've been getting calls from the same #.  Navigata shows up on the caller ID as well.  I did answer the phone a couple times and found that they say I had a credit card with a department store 15 years ago with an outstanding balance.  I asked what the initial balance was they said something like $100.  but of course now they say I owe over $500.  I told them to go screw themselves and stop calling after seeing my credit report with no mention of this or any blemish.  I also said send me something in the mail, yet since they first called about 7 weeks ago, I have received nothing in the mail.

Got a call from this # but when I went to look up the company it belongs to, using the "reverse phone" search via whitepages.com, it states that the # is private. If indeed this # belongs to a company as the caller identified, then why would it be listed as a private # that is unpublished. They claim to be a credit agency but for a credit card I had a balance on 16 years ago??? - sounds fishy.

i just got one from them too!   any of you have student loans that are late?

Navigata have no clue who this is shows up as a New York number 646-383-1474 when trying to research it online

I got a call from that number this morning at 8am. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I am a Debbie but I do not know who that is!!
Creepy callers!

A person calls and asks for Debra and gets angry when I tell him he has the wrong number--keeps insiting that he talked to a Debra earlier on Monday.
It's Monday each time he calls.
